BEWARE SCAM
WASTE OF MONEY! Like the rest of the reviews, the dress we ordered looked NOTHING like the one in the picture. I have made several attempts to get a refund and they are arguing there is nothing wrong with the dress. Save your money and order from somewhere else!
Our card was initially declined b/c i forgot to change the billing address which flagged it by our bank, however Vicky dresses tried to charge our account 16 times within the next 5 min all for different dollar amounts. Fortunately the bank stopped it and froze our account. They kept charging attempts for a couple hours. Now our card is froze till a new one comes, very frustrating and square one for a dress!
Vicky dresses is uncooperative. The dress I ordered was nothing like it was in the picture. The dress cost me $153 and there was no way it was worth that much. The dress didn't even fit me and they still would only I refund me 10%. If you're thinking about buying a dress from this site, please reconsider it.
You might as well just throw whatever money you were planning on spending on a dress from this site in the trash. I was scammed out of $180. They sent me a very cheaply made dress that looked nothing like what I ordered.
The dress I ordered and the dress received were totally different! The beading was not even the same nor was the color! The quality was terrible! And the customer service is pathetic! It's a total scam the pictures on the Website more than likely taken from somewhere else! I would never order from them again! On top of that they offered me a 10% refund! WTF!
Ordered a dress from this site according to their photo and description. Paid extra to expedite "custom" lead time. Received dress missing details and produced out of different fabric. (ordered Taffeta dress... received cheap tulle dress without any appliques). Requested a refund. Was told the dress was not wrong. The ad states it's a taffeta dress, the photo shows a taffeta dress. We received a VERY poorly made knock off out of nasty tulle on the bodice and skirt. Can not get response to process return. Company is a scam. Notice all the reviews are GREAT and the wording is "odd". I attempted to add a review. It doesn't post. I looked for the 24 hr chat line they claim to have. It does not exist. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ODER from this company. Dresses are coming from East China and are HORRID knock offs that look nothing like the photos on their web site. They do not stand behind the return policy on their web page. Notice... there is no actual "location" either.
