I bought a dress for my niece for Home Coming. We needed the dress delivered by day 8 from the order date. Luckily, this option was available through expedited service and shipping, so of course I chose this option. The next day I received confirmation from Vickydresses.com and at the bottom of the page was a notice informing me the dress was to be delivered within 15-20 days, which was not the agreement according to my order. This new delivery date they'd given me was useless since the event would have come and gone by the time the dress would have been delivered. Nevertheless, they continued to play this outrageous game, ignoring my cancellations and FORCING me to take the dress. Also, Vickydresses.com removed the 15-20 notice from their correspondence with me after I complained. This went on for days so I called my credit card company and told them what had happened. I filled out the paperwork for a purchase made through a fraudulent company and made a claim. Shockingly, the dress was delivered in time. We refused the delivery because by this point there was not guarantee the dress would arrive on time so the expense of purchasing a new dress was made. By the time "plan B" was executed to make up for Vickydresses.com's poor customer service I spent close to $500.00. In the end, and a couple of months later my credit card company returned my money of $186.00. From Vickydresses. Com. Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS!
I ordered my size, when it came in the mail It was 5X as big as me. I had to pay $130 for alterations! When I already payed $189 for MY size in the dress. Then on their website, they made it look like the back was out, when i received my dress, the entire back was covered with fabric. I regret ordering from them!
After paying $154.99 for a custom made dress and waiting for over a month the dress arrived 2 sizes too small and of horrible quality! I have tried to contact the company, return the dress, or get the order corrected and they refuse! In an email dated November 1st 2015 they offered a 50% refund, I accepted to get it over with and they now refuse to provide the refund THEY offered! It has been 5 months and over a hundred emails with no resolve! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!
I regret that I did not read the reviews. First, I had no idea that the dress was coming directly from China and it took much longer than stated to receive. The dress seemed to be well-made but was much to big in the bust and that threw off the fit. I sent an email and they wanted me to take a picture of her in the dress so they could analyze. Glad that I did not take a picture because from what I read they still do not take it back. I called the phone number on the invoice and it was disconnected. I sent Vicky Dresses an email that I was returning the dress to the shipper address and they replied that the address was incorrect and did not give a correct address. My credit card company said that they can not go after a refund if the item has not been returned. I am sure that Vicky Dresses is aware of that fact.

We ordered a dress for homecoming and it arrived a size too small and missing the eye and hook at the top of the zipper (to hold the two sides together) which made it impossible to zip up. 26 emails and pictures as requested to verify complaint and they refuse to honor a refund. They even had the nerve to admit that mistakes happen and I should just take the dress to a tailor (at my own expense) and have it fixed or I could return the dress for 5% of what I paid for it but would also have to pay for "the costly shipping". This company is neither reputable or reliable so don't make the mistake we did! If I could give a rating of 0 I would.
Ordered a dress for a wedding. Ordered burgundy and color came out more red. Site did not allow you to see the different colors and sizing is made for Asian sizing. Asked for return and they kept asking for pictures! How can I send pics if I can't even get in and if I squeeze in and rip it's sure they'll say they can refund! Such a hassle. Basically once you order it's yours. This is how most Asian company works. Don't bother ordering. Pictures are not exact.
They said the dress would be delivered in 3-4 days and after a week still no dress. When it made it to my city, part of the address was left off, so it eventually got sent back and then there is no phone number on the website to call and they do not respond to my e-mail messages. I will never order from them again.
What ever you do do NOT order ANYTHING from this company. The dresses received looks NOTHING like the pictures. They are POORLY constructed, ILL FITTING and the ones I received SMELLED BADLY to boot. The company will DENY any LIABILITY and REFUSE a REFUND. Look at the photos and judge for yourself. Thankfully I have a ROBUST credit card company and bank and they are going after the money for me. I also filed a complaint with https://www.econsumer.gov/en/FileAComplaint#crnt. They are a government agency that investigates frauds committed by other countries.
I ordered my daughters dress 2 months before the event. Got the dress quick. Crumpled in In a bag! 4 sizes TOO BIG! Went back and forth with them sending pictures and still they will not give me a Contact so my Attorney can contact them.
I wish I should have looked up this site before I ordered. I ordered two dresses for my daughter with the same measurements and the dresses showed up one 3 inches too short and the other, 10 inches too long. The quality was horrible and the customer service refused to give me a partial refund even though my daughter could not wear either of the dresses. I sent them pictures as well. TOTAL SCAM!
The dress that I ordered for my daughter's homecoming dance did not fit. I emailed customer service to return and for a week they asked me to send photos of the dress (twice), stated they did not see anything wrong with the dress - even though I was returning because it didn't fit, then asked for my daughter's exact measurements, and finally stated that I cannot return the dress because she tried it on. Don't waste your time or money.

Ver paid a lil under 200 for... i cld have bought sonething at walmart if they had evening wear that would actuakly look like a designer dress. So the dress had pleating work all the way around the waist and it's all uneven, ud think they would have at least measured correctly being that the pleating work is the biggest deal besides the lace on the top (which I'm not going to go into I'd be sitting here all night). Anywho, I took a pic of the front set of pleating in the middle of the dress and pinned it on both sides and so I showed by tape saftey pinned that its uneven and it all the way round. My tailor said 300, easy, just to start they'd have to take the whole dress apart and repleat the entire mid section!... and this sorry excuse for a company... if u want to call them that (i wouldn't on my deathbed!) Tried to tell me it's fine and then after I literally had to $#*! (which I don't do unless something is absolutely terrible cause I think doing wrong /lieing to others without putting fourth effort to show, " hey u messed up!" before you get $#*!ty on them isnt cool. So they told me they would refund me 8!% of my dress price. Dude that's less then 15 bucks! I was this is a joke right!?... so i asked for a return label at thier expense, they told me again 8 %... so i was like, u pay for the money to send it back and u can keep my damn money just so u can see how $#*!ty ur dress is and I'll mark everywhere it's messed up so they know! Don't order from this place or any knock off... it's no sherri hill... not what I got! Get what u pay for right!

My daughter ordered a dress September 21st for Homecoming and paid extra for expedited shipping. It is now October 28th and I still have not received the dress. We were told the dress would arrive in time for her event. The day before the event they finally emailed me and said it was impossible for the dress to arrive on time, but I would be charged half price if I cancelled. I told them to send it anyway if they were going to charge me for it. 3 weeks later I still have not received a dress. I cancelled the charges through my bank yesterday and they sent an email this morning stating that they shipped the dress. While on the phone with my bank the two tracking numbers they gave me as well as the track your order on their web page failed to produce tracking information for the dress. Furthermore, the email read that if my dress arrived in Brazil to call the post office or customs. WHAT?!?! Have you ever heard of that before?!?!?!? After reading the rest of these reviews I don't have high hopes for the dress once it arrives. I will NEVER buy anything on-line from a company in China again. I did not realize that was what I was doing when I did it. I will definitely make sure I research the company next time. I ended up having to go out late at night and buy another dress at the store for my daughter. Cost me twice as much!
I recently purchased a Homecoming dress for my daughter. The dress was beautiful and a perfect fit, however, during the actual homecoming dance, her dress FELL APART at the top and she was almost "exposed" to several students. She had to sit apart from the dance with a teacher until I could arrive to sew the back of her dress together so she could enjoy the rest of her night. I contacted them by email because there is no telephone number listed even though they claim to have excellent customer service. I sent pictures of where the hooks fell off the back and where I had to sew it myself (and later cut it off of her). It took 3 days for a response and I was told to have it fixed by a tailer. I asked for a refund partial refund and they offed 2% on a dress I paid almost $200 for. They guarantee excellent customer service and guarantee their handmade work, but they do not honor it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is the worst! I did not even want to give them 1 star but I had to in order to submit my review. I ordered a dress from them for my daughters homecoming and when it came the zipper was broken and looked nothing like the dress in the picture. I sent them an email regarding the condition of the dress they suggested that I take it to the local tailor to get the zipper fixed at this point I did not have time to do this. So we ended up having to buy another dress. I requested a refund and return label they then suggested that I don't return it for this reason and have continued to offer ridiculous refund amounts like 5-10%back... the dress with shipping was $147. I then looked up there return policy and mission statement and attached it to my email back to them showing them that it says that the dresses are returnable unless it was custom cut which it was not and they still are refusing to take the dress back. When I asked to speak to a manager they said he was on a business trip and still no response. What else can we do!? I've seen I'm not the only one this has happened too they can not get away with this!
They don't even deserve a "1" rating. Worst customer service & business ever. I ordered a homecoming gown & when it came in it looked nothing like the one I ordered. They offered a 5 percent refund, demanding I pay shipping back with a threat they get lost in the mail on returns, basically saying they wanted to continue ripping me off. Please don't order from here, it is a scam.

My daughter bought a dress on this site and there was literally a BOOB PAD sewn inside the bottom of the dress. As far as I know, no female has breasts on her lower thigh. I payed good money ($150) for this dress and now my daughter has no time to get another. It looked very different from the picture and was very poorly stitched! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
We purchased a dress with a beaded bodice. The picture on the website was ornate and beading completely covered the bodice. The dress they sent had an ugly inferior design and they refused to send the advertised dress nor refund any money. I can see from other reviews here we are not the first suckers. Hope others will check here before throwing their money in the trash.
Answer: NO. Not even close. The dress you will get looks like it was made to sell as a costume. The quality is similar to the costumes you buy for Halloween. AWFUL!
Answer: You can tell by the reviews on their site that its a scam. The reviews for each dress are all similar in time stamps and their language is similar and way too proper in all the reviews. On one of the dresses the four time stamps for the comments were 11:44,1:44,6:44, and 8:44.
