Trustworthy company. I love their customer service. Website is great, with excellent collection, very fast shippinig, and prices are decent. I ordered a vanity rabbit vibrator, however, the first one I got was defective. It was not the company's fault, it appears it was already a manufacturer defect. I called this website's customer service, and they have sent me a replacement immediately. Now I have my item, and it works perfectly as I expected. I recommend others to buy from them.

I am located in Lebanon, and I have ordered similar items from different sites and delivery times took forever sometimes more than a month to get my merchandise. I bought from this site twice now and both times I got my products within 10 days of my purchase which is much faster than previous experiences with their competitors.

Furthermore, here in Lebanon it is very expensive to call outside the country, so the only way I can communicate with companies located in USA is either by email or chat. I have used both their chat and email service and I have gotten great results with them. I have received an adequate tracking number by email and I got my questions responded in a timely manner as well.

Their chatting service is great. I had 2 products in mind and did not know which one to get. I have initially contacted them thru their chat and chatted with them for almost an hour. Their customer service representative was very patient with me. I had a lot of questions and honestly if I were her I would have been really frustrated, but instead she was extremely nice and answered all of my concerns politely and professionally.

I can also say that their catalogue is great. This website is one of the easiest website to navigate not like others where you will get lost. They have tons of products and pretty much you can find all the sex toys you can find somewhere else. Also the description of their products is very accurate as well.

Finally I can say that their prices are so competitive. Many of their products are priced much less than other websites. So what else can someone ask for? Here you can get good customer service, good price, and fast shipping. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I came across this site. No hassle... no waiting. They processed my order immediately. Prior to this I dealt with a web company that acted like I was doing them a favor. Not here. They personally delivered an item to me when I ordered one day service and UPS had just left to make sure I got it the next day. Unbelievable service.

I ordered a "$#*! me silly Isabella" doll on this site. The site promised that my item would be shipped in 1-3 business days. After 7 business days, I had not received any notifications about the item being shipped. I called and received no answer. I attempted to contact their representative through their online chat and nobody was online through the duration of this process. I sent email after email and received promises that my item had shipped days ago, but they were not able to provide me with a tracking number. Also, the portion of the site that allows you to check your order status did not work the entire time I was dealing with them. The order finally shipped 17 days later, and I received it 22 days after purchase. This order was over $300, and they had no sense of urgency what so ever. I finally received the product and was pleased with the product itself. However, the customer service and timely delivery was ridiculous. The prices are less expensive than some other sites, but next time I will gladly spend the extra 20 bucks at adam and eve so that I know I will get what I paid for on the date promised. This is a rinky-dink operation that does not deserve my business, or yours.
