I ordered two items on 8/22/13 and it is now 9/8/13 and I have not received anything yet. Why did I rate them a 4? I have not had any problems out of their customer service representatives; they would always email back immediately after I send one. I paid for overnight shipping, but they did inform me that they were having trouble receiving one of my items and that they were waiting on that one before they send them both. I guess I just understand where they are coming from. I'm not the only order that have for one, it was labor day weekend this previous weekend and who works then other than health care facilities?! They have even apologized & agreed to re-compensate me for the shipping I paid. My point is that they may not be the fastest site when it comes to shipping, but compared to some of the other sites, they are awesome in other fields!

Very good company to buy from. It was recommended by my girlfriend whom she bought stuff from them before. I have bought for myself PS7488-7. It took couple days more than I expected to get this item, however, it came professionally in a discreet box. The item itself was a lot better than i thought it would be. Price is extremely low in comparison to other competitors. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase and I will definitely buy from them again. My girlfriend had also positive experience with them.

Very pleased with my merchandise. I have ordered an expensive item from them and I got what I wanted and as expected. I will be definetely order from them again. I did not have an issues at all. I have ordered a similar item before from dhgate.com from China, and I did not get what I wanted and I was a little skeptical at first to buy again online, and definetely not again from dhgate.com. So I tried vibeshop after little hesitance, but I was happy with their service.

I purchased an item and received it today. I found your website in a totally random search and decided to give it a try. The site is easy to navigate and their prices are great. It really paid off! My shipment was delivered FAST! It was exactly what I ordered and looks just like the photos on the website.
I will let all my friends know what a great and professional company that you are.

I have tried to contact vibeshop but they do not want to respond. I placed an order with them and have not received my item or been given a tracking order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM this site. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Very bad customer service they do not answer the phone your e-mails and the ask us online is never there. After 9 days I received a response from them and this is what they have to say " Re: Your Order has been Updated

This is from there website stating that they would notify you if it would be more than 4 business days. You can see from the dates and time on the e-mails that i have posted they are LIARS!

I hope that this information will help other people to stay away from this site do to its bad customer service and poor communication.

I purchased the rabbit vibrator from Vibeshop.com. I normally don't trust sites that sell adult novelties. I called vibeshop and I was surprised they answered the phone and they were very friendly and most helpful.
Most of other sites don't even pick up the phones. I checked the site and everywhere I looked it said the site is safe and secure.
I got my box that I ordered today and the product seems to be as advertised. Highly recommended.

I placed an order on February 18 for three items. I did get an order confirmation then nothing. According to the website they ship within a few days. I waited a number of days and recevied no shipping information so I called a few times but never an answer. I left a messages. I sent an email to tell them to cancel my order but no reply. Finally I received an email on Feb. 26 saying my order had shipped but there was no tracking number. I checked the website and there was no shipping info there either. I finally received only one of the items I ordered on March 5 and it is not at all what was shown on the site. I received the least expensive thing I ordered. I have not received any additional information and the website shows no open orders for me! At this point I am ready to pursue action to get my money back! I will never order from them again! You shouldn't either!

I went to this site and purchased an item for my Husband's Christmas stocking. I was truly amazed with how many products they had to choose from. I called the customer service number to ask a few questions and was happy to actually be able to speak with someone who actually knew about the products and not just trying to upsell me. The rep recommended an item to me and when I received it I was thrilled. The item was better looking in person and the material was even better than expected. The price and quality was well worth it and I would recommend this site to anyone interested in adult toys.
