This product seems to have precision and build quality significantly over the price it sells for. It doesn't have that cheap "made in china" feel or look to it and works very well.

Was a direct fit a couple wires were hooked up incorrectly but with enclosed schematics was an easy fix.

The ear that hold the seat up is too close to the bar and therefore the seat won't lay back.
