I used this sds plus rotary hammer drill to drill 5/8" holes in solid concrete. I'd put it up against the big name brands any day. I can't speak for longevity yet but after using the hammer function to chisel off the 4" risers, then drilling qty of 14 5/8 holes, I'm impressed!

These are quite nice food containers. Especially like the wheels. They are 1/2" wider than website measurements claimed. I had no margin for error as had to fit in a very specific area; however, I think I can make them work
