I purchased a small Vevor hand rail, Step Handrail 304 Stainless Steel. I noted the initial length of the handrail and it was way too long. I took advantage of chatting with a customer support person. She insured me that the rail is adjustable and would fit my 24" length.

Once Elena said it is adjustable I purchased the handrail.
As soon as I received it I knew it was not adjustable, it is a 59" stainless steel tube, not adjustable at all.
I initially called Vevor customer service and was told I am 22 in the line. I waited a fair amount of time and finally gave up. I decided to go to online support. That turned out to be worse. They keep sending automated email responses that say nothing.
Truthfully, the handrail looks nice, BUT their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered.
