Perhaps half the cost for at least equal value. This product has exceeded all expectations. Vevor keeps producing amazing quality for value - well done.

Horrible experience with this company. Refusal of refund with product that was poor quality. Contacting customer service but was left waiting for days with response.
AVOID! Don't purchase anything as you won't be able to get refund if product didn't meet your standards.

If I could give Vevor a negative star rating, I would. This company is unethical, unhelpful, and unapologetically dishonest. I had a recent transaction of $243 for a commercial level juicer that caused me to lose hours of my life in resolving. This juicer arrived in a timely manner. Upon realizing that this juicer did not meet the needs I had originally had, I contacted Vevor to complete a return, within the "as advertised" 30-day free return period window. The advertised "24/7 attentive service" could not be more false. The representative, Yusleidys, was attempting to avoid the return transaction, by stating that I would have to pay the return fee if I was returning an item without physical defect. I mentioned that I was fine paying the shipping/return fee, and to please allow me to do so in the most affordable way possible. She then proceeded to ignore my email for another 3 days. Upon contacting Vevor and stated representative, there was an attempt to make me a "deal", as quoted "Would you consider keeping it if in a gesture of goodwill we offer you 24USD to keep it?". Imagine being asked by a multi-million dollar company to keep an item that was not needed for 24 dollars. I stated that I would not do that transaction, and that I needed a refund immediately, after almost a week of delegation. I asked for the assistance from a manager and was not provided any contact information. Fortunately, I contacted the credit card I purchased the item on, PayPal, and they assisted in resolving this matter for me. The story has more details, and nearly 2 months elapsed, but as not to elongate this statement I leave this review with one warning: AVOID VEVOR AT ALL COSTS!
