Das Wasser Destilliergerät SC-3 ist großartig! Ich habe den Filter entfernt, da ich ihn für unnötig halte und er einen unangenehmen Geschmack verursachte. Vor der Nutzung koche ich zweimal 3 Liter Wasser mit einem Wasserkocher auf, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen. Empfehle, das erste destillierte Wasser wegzuschütten, bevor das Wasser wirklich rein und schmackhaft wird. Ideal für Tee und Kaffee. Ich plane, zwei weitere Geräte für meine Verwandten zu kaufen. Sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt!

I should have read other reviews here before purchasing the tomato strainer. It doesn't work properly and first contacted them July 7th to request to return it. For 11 days they have tried to tell me how I am using it wrong (not the case) and now offered to send me a part (which I declined) and now offering to refund me $20 and allow me to keep an item I paid $209 for that doesn't work properly. I am demanding my 30 day no hassle return but should have read the fine print on the website and would have seen this coming. Will not buy from them again. BEWARE! I see they responded to reviews on this site saying they sent emails. Yes, I am sure they did but it's ridiculous I am sure just as my experience in dealing with them. I have never had this experience with another company. EDITED 8/1/24: Vevor increased their offer from $20 to $65 then to $126 and I could keep the item. I did not want to keep an item that doesn't work properly and I paid $209. Tired of bargaining with them I advised once more I needed a full refund and would like to return the item or would file a claim with my credit card company or PayPal. They then provided a full refund. Certainly was not a hassle free process and took almost 2 weeks to resolve.
