The after-sales service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have bought about 2000k worth of Vevor products on their official website. One of the products for which I paid about 400 dollars arrived defective from the factory. I could not use it since what was installed was defective. It caused me to lose a job 5 times the value of the equipment, transportation costs and a whole day of work. I informed the brand because my intention was not to return it. I just wanted this equipment working because that's why I bought it. I sent them photos. With proof that the team received it that way and their response was to offer me 40 dollars so that I could solve the problem. For me it is a shame for the Vevor brand that they play with customers' money in this way, it is a lack of respect for all consumer protection laws Vevor should not have a license or permission to sell and market products on the market of the united states. I do not recommend that you buy any Vevor brand product because my experience may be the same as yours

I was under the impression that it was "out of the box ready to use" but I had to program it and get my boyfriend to help me. It's a great product and is doing it's job well. The product arrived fasted and was packing well. Thanks

This was so easy to set up, when I open the box, saw all the cords I was like this is going to take forever, but the extra cords for the different ports you may have.
