I was pleased to receive my purchase of an electric jack in a timely manner. Slight damage to carrying case appears to have happened during shipping. Have not had occasion to use product but appears to be intact.

Shipping and handling was excellent. The product on the other hand was very poorly made. Common sizes like 10mm are not included in on the wrenches. The bits to go with the screw driver are bits I have never even seen before and will never use. The worst of it all was that the Phillips bits that do come with it do not work in any screw becasue they were so poorly cut that the grooves don't line up. So about 150 of the pieces of this kit are worthless.

Over all good i wish your web page was better always freeze up won't go to english fast enough and sometime i click on stuff take be to other page in have look over the hole page to fine it. I just feel if i click on something it should go to it. Or the product. Time is money money is time. I was attracted to the z axis motor, first- because I have been very pleased with the Vevor products I have purchased before, and second- because of the low price offered. What I had not counted on was the lightning-fast free shipping! The item arrived quickly and was well packed. The unit is quiet and seems to work well. Fit and finish are attractive and assembling the pump was easy and straightforward. Overall very impressive product. However, as stated in the title, the steel housing is deadly sharp in some edge areas.

I've bought a couple of items from Vevor so far. The quality has been really good both times. Very tough and well built items. The prices are very reasonable.

Bought a plumbing snake online and when the item arrived the motor in the snake did not work. I reached out to customer support they had told me to send videos and pictures of the motor not working. I gave them all the information they had asked for including the pictures and videos and they only offered me partial payment back. Why would i take partial payment for an item then was delivered to me broken. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card after three weeks of going back and forth. Will never buy from here again!

Haven't used my car jack yet but purchase was very easy to make and delivery was on time as predicted.

Very pleased with the fast shipping and price havent used yet but sure it will work well for my light duty pallet jobs
