I received my ice machine today and I couldn't understand the water pressure because it's in Uk language I tried calling held on line for 25 minutes I won't buy from this place anymore and I'm returning this one back!

Edit: A lot of back forth emails we came to an agreement that I guess both agreed. At the end we both lost money and it's upsetting but shipping line is also at fault in this case. Vevor did tried to find a solution for my case. I might give them another chance for future purchases but I would make sure shipping goes smooth as possible.

This is honestly the most ridiculous company and zero service.
I saw many bad reviews but decided to give it a try but it just happened that the day my package got delivered I was not home. Now they said it's delivered with tracking but yet I don't have it. I checked in my camera I saw the delivery guy ran the door but the item is not there! If the item was in front of my door I would of see it in my camera but yet its not there! Now I have no product and no refund. I am so frustrated I asked for a reship but it's not an option for them! I will never do business with them again and do not recommend at all! This is so frustrating!

I am very interested in the BXJDD1500 wire stripper and I have inquired about it why it is $1000 more than vevors competitors response: because it has two sets of blades
My response: it is identical to your competitors they have two sets of blades.
They not responded and I keep asking more and more questions with no response
Like can I see a video of your BXJDD1500 in action and not the generic video you have of some other model which consist of someone walking around the table showing no actual proof of performance.no response

Purchased a Vevor pond vacuum and barrel locks do not hold barrel lid on at all! They are riveted in the wrong place so the vacuum is useless! I give it a 0 out of 5. All we get from China is we don't understand your problem! We lost $189.00 don't buy anything from Vevor they are a complete ripoff!

With over 500 complaints in the last three years, and no response to the BBB letters to them, it seems this is an extraordinarily terrible company. Most of the complaints are because the company tries to do everything it can to avoid fulfilling it's one year warranty or giving a refund. Don't let them give you a refund in payments, or let them run down your Credit card refund time. Just go for a full refund on your CC if they refuse to send a return shipping label or try to make you find a local repair shop with the *promise* that they will pay for the repair.

I purchased on-line, after a YouTube recommendation, a 2017 Honda CRV roof rack system. I have had issues with the left rail whereby I am unable to properly secure the back cross rail due to a defect. Also one of the 8 covers is defective. I am left to "MacGiver" a new product. I am going on week three of back and forth communications with customer service and still no resolution. It isn't like I can send it back because I have cut the trim on my CRV and can not reinstall it. It's like the department that is sent the defect information doesn't read the case notes. So frustrating! (see picture - one of the silver "grommets" just spins and will not allow the screw provided to tighten the rack onto the rail. I had to use needle nose pliers to get the cross bar off (hence the scratches). The other minor issue was one of the covers (seen in this picture) had a stcky pad missing, so the cover doesn't sit level on the rail.

WARNING!

WARNING! Dont go near this company! I bought a plasma cutter and when connected to 220V the casing is live and i got an electrical shot from the machine when i touched it.

When asking for replacement or refund i was offered 20 euro and keep it. I declined of course. After a few days im offered 40 euro and keep it!? Again i declined and i asked if they are joking? A few days more and i am offered 60 euro?

Support is a complete disaster and now i am stuck with a machine that is lethal if i connect it to the socket.
Amazing that a company like this can still exist in 2023!

I have tried to get hold of someone in Service to answer some questions
And they skirt around and never get to the point. I noticed that they upgraded

Ordered a car dryer. The item worked for 10 minutes then sparked at the switch and won't turn on. The company offered $50 to fix locally which I refused they then offered 114$ to fix locally which I also refused. The website states 30 days money back but they are no longer responding to my emails and the phone number is to a call center. You are unable to speak to anyone at vevor except through email.

Great service and fast shipping

I bought a 10kg melting furnace to begin a new hobby. The kit was very complete though the provided gloves and tongs are a joke. That said the rest was built correctly, valve functions (great addition) and once yiu get better tongs it's a whole set.

A towel heater was ordered online from vevor.com on JUNE-10-2022. It was received on June-17-2022. The item was unpacked and assembled and plugged in. The towel heater did not heat up. We had an electrician check the power outlet and confirmed it was in working order. We called vevor.com to request to return the item as it was defective and was told they needed a video showing the item was defective. When the item was received, it was unpacked and assembled and tested. When it was deemed not in working order, it was disassembled and repackaged ready to ship back to the vendor.
We advised the vendor that we would not spend the time reassembling it to take a video and requested they take our word for it that it was NOT in working order. We have not heard back from the vendor and have advised via email that we will be disputing this charge and are happy to return the item when we receive instructions to do so. We have not had a response. The service rep we spoke to on the phone was unhelpful and rude and insisted they require a video even when explained the item has been packaged for return.

The service from this company has been disappointing and I will be making comments in this regard on their website as in this day and age customers deserve better service that what vevor.com provides.

Needed a 50A cable to connect my generator to my house but I needed it to have just one male plug on it. They had a great choice and I was able to buy one cable with a male plug on one end and bare wires on the other.

Got it within' a couple days and worked great for my application once I installed my second male plug.
