Ordered a pin to replace one I lost. It arrived on time, packaged perfect. You can't ask from more. This will be my go to company for my military items.
I JUST WANTED TO FIND MY OLD BUDDY FROM MANY YEARS AGO. I DONT HAVE MONEY TO FIND HIM AND I THINK HE IS LONELY AND LOST. HOW CAN I FIND HIM.
I ordered $80.00 worth of items from this company. Two weeks later after not receiving I called the company. They stated the Post Office could not deliver to a UPS Facility Post Office Box in Alexandria VA. My complaint the company stated 1-7 days delivery. Its two weeks later no delivery or any form of notification. No tracking number or anything. I know this company tries to serve the Veterans needs. But I am canceling my order and I will never purchase ANYTHING from this company again. Absolute terrible customer service.

Hey this Is Tamika, super excited to have found this store I've had one of the most pleasant experiences that I've had in a store in a while. The customer service was friendly & helpful, very easy locating merchandise, Comfortable apparel. I think I'm in love very great store for me to get everything I need for my husbands military job! And it's actually a peaceful place for conversation and leaves opportunities for Vets to reconnect!
I purchased a sweatshirt and a few magnets from this site. The sweatshirt was of great quality and the magnets were as described. Customer service is excellent. Will purchase again!

I waited until a week before to decide to order (after looking all over for these items not being able to find them) so i was kind of nervous about getting them on time. I have bought a couple of caps and some other merchandise. The orders were delivered in a short time and am satisfied with all. I have been wearing one of the caps for over a year and it still in great shape. Will probably orer in the future.

Slowest order fulfillment I have ever been around! Makes the snail mail of the postal service lightning fast! They state Free shipping and charge for shipping. Lack of respect by not fulfilling the order in a timely manner. They Do Not return phone calls! Hats are shipped in an envelope and arrive flat and out of shape. They need to state upfront it may take up to a month to receive your order! This is one and done!
We are so sorry you had a bad experience. Some items state they are special order and take additional time plus your date was near Christmas and we are not nearly as large or well funded as Amazon. Free shipping is for members and orders over $100 as our website states. As for any damaged items, we would gladly send a recall tag and replace the damaged item. We are a veteran owned small business since 2000 and cannot afford to have bad reviews. We want satisfied Veterans.
I ordered from this site for Christmas gifts. The site stated "shipped before Christmas ". However, not only was my order not sent, when I reached out to customer service, she was beyond rude and stated she would cancel my order. I asked for return information and she cancelled and issued store credit. I waxthen told my item has still not shipped, 2 weeks after I initially placed the order. So disheartened as this site states it represents military service men/women.

Answer: Al, Our shipping policy is to ship orders 3-5 days after receiving the order. If you ordered something like the dog tags, those take about 10 business days before we ship them due to the customization process. Please give us a call at 800-975-1618 and one of our agents will be able to assist you better.
Answer: No, that is not a problem. We do ask that you click the checkbox that confirms your military involvement. Also for our membership ID card, the service we use may be able to verify your status without the paperwork.
