I ordered a special supposedly German Black Forest Cuckoo Clock promotion for my husband's birthday. It was a beautiful carved wooden clock pictured, normally about $199.00 or more on sale for $49.99 plus shipping. I wish I could post a picture of the ridiculous colored stickers glued on the decoration on the clock that had flat outline figures and was totally plastic and barely larger than my hand front fingertips to wrist! I have written them a total dissatisfaction email and doubt I will hear from them or my money again.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM... unless you don't mind loosing your money!

After ordering a dress in November I havent still received my shipment(19.04.2018).
My correspondence with Daisy (Customer Representative) is long and useless!
So DO NOT ORDER FROM vessos!

Plesantly surprised

I had read all the bad reviews online and was nervous about my purchase. It did take three weeks to receive my order, but it was free shipping. I ordered a size up due to online suggestions. I received my order and was pleasantly surprised! Looked just like the picture and fits great!

OMG I'm going through the same thing as y'all. I don't normally shop online and will not do so unless it's Belks, Sephora, etc. I purchased a couple of items and just like y'all they took my money right away. Then they only shipped two out of three items which took 3 weeks to receive which I then realized it's coming from China. The items I did recieve aren't what I expected. I've emailed customer service since there is no contact #. I'm getting a run around and I'm sure they will start ignoring me because I will continue to contact them. It's scarey that the same company has a multitude of different names Belle Lily is one of them. Lesson learned---I will never do this again! If anyone has advice on what I should do next please let me know.

Company sucks

I ordered a multitude of items. Two dresses arrives with fraying and holes where the sewing had been rushed. I contacted the customer service who were not in the least bit helpful, proceeded to ignore my complaint and would not refund the defected items. DO NOT BUY from this site!

Don't waste your money on this company! I ordered a large order of swimsuits and other clothing and made sure to read the sizing chart before ordering. Items stated women's xl are at best a child's xl and they don't accept returns either.The material is super cheap and items are cheaply made with threads coming out and not at all as pictured. They did respond to my email about faulty items and asked me to GIVE my order to someone who could fit it and they would offer me a 15% discount on any future order! Really! Why in the hell would I bother to order anything else from this shabby company? What a complete and utter ripoff!

Terrible company!

Placed an order over a month ago, received an email that it was partly shipped. I have received nothing. Unable to contact them in any way. None of their links work. Paid through paypal, they took my $ right away, will go through them to file complaint if I do not receive soon. Total scam!

Its all a scam company, takes forever to get items only to be greatly disappointed in quality -only to be told that they don't do returns unless you are paying shipping to China. I was not happy with anything from my rather large order. That I am now stuck with.

SCAM! Beware! The site is now down and they have a new one, fairy season. I would not trust them. I ordered 2 yoga blankets almost a month ago. My money was taken immediately but still haven't received my blankets.

Total scammers. I placed an order beginning of July. After 2 months it arrived yesterday. Quality is cheap and complete crap... nothing compared to the photo of the dress. Buyer beware... They`re called Fairyseason now. Had I read the reviews before making a purchase, I would have never ordered anything from here. I will be contacting paypal and BBB. They never returned any of my emails and they don`t give refunds. This is a fraudulent company from China claiming they`re from USA.

DO NOT buy from vessos I ordered clothes a month and a half ago and still have not received my full order. My order comes when ever they feel like shipping it. They don't have a phone to call to either cancel or question your order. You don't get a shipping date and cannot track your shipment. Worst and horrible experience ever I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It's cheap but now I know why it takes months to get your order. Unless your not in a hurry its good but if you want your clothes in a timely manner don't order from here! I would actually give it a zero rating if it would allow me too!

Do not buy from them

Order was sent in separate packages, which all took too long. Sizes are not real, cheap material and items not as advertised. I should have read reviews before buying. $40. Down the drain.

Cheap, misleading!

Cheap quality! Be aware that their XL is small, I wear large, I have ordered XL just in case... nothing fits me all XL clothes were like an XS-S, also paid fast shipping, took waaaay to long to get them, all coming from China, or other far country, I asked them for refund, I didn't get any reply from them, wasted $120!

Do not order from this website. I spent over $100 on this site and everything is just terrible quality--cheap fabric, bad fit, etc. When I tried to contact them via email, they responded the first time, saying to wait until I received my entire order until I returned everything. When I sent them emails telling them I received all of my items and that I wanted the address to return them to (since all of my items came from different addresses?), I got an email saying my message failed to send. So frustrated.

I received 4 bating suits all sized the same and all bathing suits came completely differ t sized by at least 4 inches! I contacted via email and they requested pictures! The email came back delivery system failure. I went on their site and was immediately prompted that they are under a copyright infringement lawsuit and couldn't go on it. So, last ditch effort I message on Facebook with all the info. They wanted me to give them to a friend that would fit them bc they didn't want to pay return shipping! Wtf kind of business is this!
