I'm doing this survey because Tracy Williams is super NICE. And I love my verlo (and my verlo loves me).
Suggestion: all is good.....

We found the extra information about the right pillows to be helpful.
Suggestion: It was less expensive. But when we consider the investment in sleeping well, then it's worth it.

Very nice mattress, this is my second Verlo mattress, I've had the first one almost 20 yrs.! Great bed, purchasing a same brand second mattress replacement is reason enough

Most days, I no longer wake in pain.
Suggestion: Make straps on mattress stronger. I heard one of them rip when I was rotating the mattress.

Expected better & feel lesser model would have been money better spent (rather than feeling I wasted $$).
Suggestion: It's just OK, nothing special.

Suggestion: It is a little high and our mattress pad doesn't got great but our new mattress pad was not good. Still need to purchase that.

Suggestion: Price and don't care for the mattress cover . Too thin would have wanted one with some padding. The mattress cover should have been given as a bonus with the purchase.

The new bed makes a huge difference and we miss it when we travel. Very pleased with our selection so far. However now since we are sleeping we are finding that we can get away with not using the movement feature as much when sleeping.
Suggestion: Only things we can think of is the depth for the sheets. We had multiple sets before that do not fit as well as the sheets we purchased with the mattress.

I never sleep well. It isn't the mattress's fault. Betty Gibson Yes, I am Glenn's wife. He asked me to fill this out. By the way, he almost never has problems sleeping!
Suggestion: It seems to be a speck higher close to the edge on each side. I wish mattresses were made like they were years ago.

Unlike my old mattress, this one is comfortable and I don't wake with a bad back.
Suggestion: I wish I had ordered a full or queen instead of XL Twin.

I am getting more support for my back, neck an knees which is helping me to sleep better and more comfortably. I would say I am 9 out of 10 satisfied with my purchase.
Suggestion: Its a bit high off the ground. In retrospect I wish it as a little lower.

This is a guest bedroom mattress. I have slept on this occasionally and do like it.
Suggestion: Really nothing, it is perfect for what it was purchased for.
