I placed an order for two iphone 12 pro cases, wasn't marked anywhere that it was a pre-order, on my confirmation email there was no mention at all that this was a pre-order and I'd have to wait 40 days for my order just to ship. I emailed customer service to see if my order would be shipped and they said "start shipping by November." I later found out that by november means november 23rd lol. This should have been clearly described on the website that this phone model wouldnt ship until the end of november. I won't be ordering again. I'm sure the cases are fine quality but not worth the hassle.

If they had meant to put a disclaimer and forgot, an email should've been sent out to customers to let them know so at least we wouldn't be guessing about where the products we paid for are. Their website is also not letting me post a review.

I've ordered 2 cases from them so far, and I'm happy I did! There phone cases last. The first case I bought from them is one I had on my phone for a year now. No complaints other than it has a lot of scratches, which was expected. They aren't that noticeable unless you look closely. Dropped my phone quite a few times, the case never broke and my phone never cracked. I love the packaging, and I never had an issue with shipping. I plan on buying more of their products in the future.

Worst experience. I heard a lot about this website but its disguisting. I orderd macbook case, phone cover and phone case ring. When I tracked my order it was showing deliverd but in actual nobody did the actual delivery I did not recieve any call, no buzer call nothing. And how come they said its delivered. When I sent email they said "oh we got your parcel back" are you kidding me? Within one day from CAD TO USA OR USA TO CAD. And then asked me to confirm the address WOW. Then they gave me 2 options. 1. Refund 2. Reship.
Then I asked for Reship, after that they asked me to pay again for shippment like seriously, I already paid my shipping charges, why again? Mistake took place from their side not from my side. Then now I ended up with Return. Such a bad service.

I have purchased countless items from the Velvet Caviar website but most recently it was the "Holo Moonstone Airpods Case". The case is absolutely gorgeous, super protective & functional & the added clip is super handy!

I purchased this case for my Samsung note 9. This is the second case I have purchased from velvet caviar. With every new phone I will forever purchase one of their cases. I love their cases they are the perfect amount of girly and so durable! I recently lost my phone in the Ocean of Alaska on a rocky beach! I had one of the screen protectors on that they also sell. Lost my phone during high tide so it got swept up pretty fast and pulled out quite aways, we watched its GPS location on my husbands phone. We went back at low tide 7 hours later, fortunately my husband found my phone! The case and screen protector totally saved my phone from any damage, and yay for water proof phones. The screen protector was totally shattered, but my screen was fine and the case of scratched but my phone looked great! Let my phone dry out over night and it has been working perfect fine now for months.

First purchase made with Velvet Caviar, I bought a matching phone case and AirPod case and the quality is great not to mention they're so beautiful!

Second purchase was for case for my MacBook. The quality is much higher than I was expecting and I already had high expectations for it. It also comes with a silicone keyboard cover that doesn't damage your computers screen while it's closed. I also bought a temper glass screen cover and it's doing it's job well.

Can't wait to make my third purchase.

I first bought a phone case from them about a year ago after stumbling across their website. Ever since then I have been IN LOVE with their cases and company since. I've bought three iPhone cases since then and only have good things to say. They have free US shipping so it was awesome to see that the prices listed were actually the prices. Also, I drop my phone (a lot) yet my phone screen itself has never shattered or broke, just once my screen protector (which is amazing considering how often I drop my phone.) Best of all, though, is how cute the styles are and how often they update with new designs! I cannot recommend this company enough.
