What a joke! Don't bother calling Adam, the so-called "customer service"! Everything is not on vegas worlds end and must be "your" problem! I used to enjoy playing several of the games but all is just a big scam... spend real money for fake money! At vegas world discretion, you get what they call a "ban" & then they will not even tell you why!
Used to be fun, but not anymore. Scammers are running the parties and they apparently get to pick and choose who they let in. This keeps you from earning charms which can help you build up your game. Forces you into spending hundered of dollars eventually that you shouldin't normally need to do. I've tried reaching out to their customer service, but that's a joke.
L love this game, met really nice people on it, my son met his fiancee on it. This girl is so sweet, we all talk every day almost, there are a few bad ones but you can block them. This is a great game for some of us who are sick, and it is fun going to parties and clubs. I love the clothes.

In actuality it would be far better if they were up front about the only fun here is if you PAY to PLAY. All the games are rigged to take your gems and $$ without giving you a fair chance to play or win. Winner testimonials appear 100% FAKED. Those of us long time players can't be fooled with their false ads and the endless commercials. They're making a killing here and we the loyal players pay the price. There are only CONS to get your cash for basically nothing in return. Buyer beware of any money you pay for anything here it is only a scam. Period.

It entices early and then kills you off if you don't buy gems. Its full of employee players offering massive "gifts". The algorithms used are appalling at best. Customer Service are just copy-and-paste morons.

They took my money found out they wrer charging me a monthly fee and buying charms that i never got wheels are rigged if you complain to them they will cut you off. The site is a joke. As long as you do not spend ANY real money and just play poker you will be fine. All other games are a sham you have no chance in winning. I have played for over a year and never once have I won a real "jackpot" from playing slots, while I am always seeing the same people winning the 50,000,000 coin+ jackpots.

It seems like the hula blackjack lady runs on several different programs. Sometimes you may get a fairly decent game. However if you are betting maximum, beware. She can clean you out fast. I have lost billions in a few minutes trying to take her on. She will beat you relentlessly. My advise is, if you lose three large bets in a row just stop playing her. The game will not improve. I give Vegas World a one start rating for this alone. I do really love the site and enjoy most of the other games they offer.
