These idiots stole $100 right out of my Orion stars account and refuse to even comment on it! So, I cashed out the remainder of my balance which they took 24 hours to complete! These idiots are a pathetic excuse for an agent and should be shut down!

Certain agent are rude dont respond to chat messages then send a text all agents are busy knowing damn well there ain't that many customers to not attend another higher more people customer service wait time should be 5-15 minutes minimum also certain games on a platform crash and blame on my phone when I have other accounts from different vendors and it doesn't happen. These agents just ignore the issues and people but sure take the money and business

They "claim" to offer a bunch of stuff and don't deliver, for example I never received a $10 sign up. The platform is no better than any of the others, games are about the same, but if they don't pay out it's kind of silly to waste time playing if they're lying right from the jump! I think I'll stick to the ones I know, what is it they say, "better the devil you know, then the devil you don't!" But that is just me, not going to give a good review not knowing if I'll be getting a bonus, that's for sure!

I signed up and got the $10 sign up bonus and everything was going well. I won $25 and did a cash out and was told it would take 8-24 hours to receive my winnings which I thought was a long time compared to other similar sites but they assured me to relax and that everything was fine. Then I got an email saying in order to cash out I had to upload my identity documents again! This by the way is less then 2 hours after I already uploaded front and back of my I.D. and a selfie of me holding my I.D... they wanted an additional upload of the front of I.D. during registration to get the $10 sign up bonus. I read the FAQ for the site and it specifically says that verification would not be asked again after being verified for at least one month! I brought this up to the in support chat at which point they just completely ignored me and refused to respond again. I have had no further communication with them past this point as they will no longer respond to my texts. Also they bribe people with a $5 bonus if they give a positive review on sitejabber which is I believe completely against the rules of this site

Don't know very much about Vegas Gems. Due to signing up Last week. Wasn't able to Get my signup Freeplay AT ALL! They wanted to make up some Lame $#*! excuses as to why they wouldn't accept my photos. Which ALL of my photos were up to satisfaction to their requirements! So I Re Sent in the same photo since NOTHING was wrong for them to deny my photos! Then their Next excuse was, they denied my photos because I sent them the same photos for the second time so they denied all of them again! NO SHADOWS, NO BLUR, NO LIGHT SHINE, NO BRIGHT BLINDING, NO REFLECTIONS, NO EYES CLOSED, LETTER CLEAR, VISIBLE, & ABLE TO READ.! BULL$#*!! NOT OKAY! UNNECESSARY!

Horrible website. They can't verify anything to save someone's life, they accept you then turn around and deny you. Like how? Probably just trying to steal your information, don't trust them.
