I have been to the chat feature and had limited to zero response from the customer support team here. The support team will just up and leave me right in the middle of the conversation, or they just won't reply to my messages then I'll leave and come back and it says support resolved convo not true but ya used to be legit and prompt but now idk
So I've been to a lot of websites similar to these only they're not as prompt they're not as easy to communicate with you're not as kind but I can guarantee you one thing this is a very good gaming site to check out I've been only going through them today just discovered them and I'm actually excited to say it's a good platform lots of games and again like I said they're fast registrations fast that response customer service excellent thank you

Part1 of maybe 3 reviews I submitted 3 supporting photos of my ID and selfie which all the are Uber clear and all three were denied my birthday was December 23rd and on the day my ID expired. Expired or not that is me and I submitted it the day before it was expired they are saying that none of my photos meet there criteria all unfairities aside I have not received my new License yet and being they took so long to review them they were now expired and of'curse they didn't tell me that was the reason but any intelligent person can read the small print or read between the lines so I'm pretty sure that is the reason I am still not verified
