We have been getting fun food and novelty items for years from Vat19! We even had the pleasure of visiting the factory in St. Louis. Always a great experience.
The mega box it small nothing like what they lead you to believe on their ad. The contents, when you price them on amazon only actually cost maybe $50! And I paid $100 and most of the contents are food products. I can't upload my photos so I'll give you the list of the items I received. You can also look them up on their website and then price the items else where.

Thanks for your email. I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with the items in your Mystery Box. We try to include a little something to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests, and the boxes are not specifically designed for any particular age group.
As far as pricing is concerned, these items, priced individually, would sell for $120.91 on our site. We update our prices daily to be as competitive as possible with Amazon.
Most of the feedback that we have had about the Mystery Boxes has been very positive. In fact, we have had many requests for a monthly subscription box! As mentioned on the Mystery Box product page, we don't normally accept the return of this item, but we will make an exception in your case and allow you to return the box for store credit. Please email our customer service team at https://www.vat19.com/contact/email with a copy of this review and your order ID. We'll then send return instructions in a separate email, and once you've returned the box to us, we'll be happy to send you a Vat19 electronic gift card. Please note that we cannot accept the return of individual items, and you will need to return the box and its complete contents in their original condition, including packaging, to qualify for the store credit.
Of course, if you decide to keep the box, that's fine too!

Received Items in a dented, box. Items were poorly packaged and were tampered with and ripped. Some were candy/edible things and I cant eat anything that's been ripped! Awful service. Contacted them. They replied asking for pictures of proof, that my items were damaged. When I sent pictures never got a response. Its been 4 days. (THEY GUARENTEE 1 business day replies)

Just to follow up on your comments, we're so sorry that your order was damaged in transit. Your original email to us was on Friday, August 24 at 11:49 am CT. We responded to you within two hours with a request for photos of the damage. You sent us a photo that showed no damage. We again asked for a photo of the damaged items, and you did provide two photos that showed some minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging of two of the items.
Our office was closed over the weekend, but we responded to you on Monday, August 27 with an offer to issue you store credit for your entire order, including shipping. What a scam - paid $4.99 shipping for a $13 Treasure X item and it took over 3 weeks to arrive! Then when we got it the product was really just a 10 cent piece of junk. Never again!

I ordered a projecter that you can put your phone in and it was super faint in pitch black darkness!

Thanks for your comment. We're so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the SmartPhone projector! Here are some suggestions for the best viewing experience:
The phone or iPod must be smaller than 3.5" x 5.75" to fit in the projector. Make sure the lens has been installed correctly, with the convex side facing outwards.
Brightness and contrast are the most common reasons for viewing problems. Disable Auto-Brightness on your phone and turn the brightness up to 100%. If necessary, you can download an app to enhance your screen brightness. For best results, use a cartoon or a video with bright, bold images. Subtle colors will not show up as well.
You must project the image on to a white wall or sheet, and the room must be dark (almost pitch black). Keep in mind that the only light is coming from your phone.

The first time that I use this company to order my daughter's gifts that she really wanted for her birthday they messed up I asked them to overnight it because of their mistake they said sorry you'll have to wait until it's returned and then we can send it out again which would take a whole nother week so my daughter isn't getting what she wanted for her birthday because this company messed up and they couldn't take responsibility for it I would not recommend them to anybody nor would I ever order from them
I am very pleased. I thought they would make me use PayPal, but no. The quality of the website could have been better, but I still loved it. (Love their videos too)
Still waiting for the package that i ordered on dec 8 2016; they shipped it on that day and it has been stuck in CA since dec 13. Still hasnt come to hawaii yet. ARRRRRGGGGHHHH NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM VAT19. I only went on because my child wanted something from there. Spread the word to others to avoid their own frustration and wasting of money.
My first and last order! Will also be the last for our family, my grandson has been a 'regular'. I purchased the small Mystery Box and was very disappointed with the contents for $38.65! Maybe that's why they keep it a "Mystery":(
For almost $40 the box contained a gummy pizza, milk straws, keychain screwdriver, pencil and decal. Really?!
Regrettable Decision...
A $64 order for models was charged an insane $26 in duties. $26 US money. We paid the super fast shipping and was at no point were we warned of criminal duty charges. These guys are a scam. Avoid them!

I had a good experience. This is a great place to order and send fun, or one of a kind gifts for special occasions, or just for yourself. The ordering service is easy! It's a little on the pricey side, but worth it. The delivery is prompt. I would highly recommend Vat19!
Ordered on the 13th... I was expecting 5 to 7 business days (Flat Rate 5.99). That was advertised! I had to buy a new gift because the gift I bought will not be here till next week... I ordered it on the 13th... next week will be the 1st. I hope it's as great as looks! It would have been the perfect gift. I don't think I would order from Vat again.
Products (gummies) were slightly melted despite paying extra for melt protection. Paid for standard shipping approx. $20usd, which did not come to my door, it was sent to the post office. On top of the $20 I also had to pay another $16 c. O. d charge wtf!?!?! With the exchange rate I paid just shy of $100 for two frikken novelty gummies. I suppose I'm the idiot for buying their products, but still f#ck them. <$30 for gummies and >$70 for shipping, get real and get fuct!
Do not buy from this company. Be careful what you purchase, didn't received what I paid for. The website pictured one thing and received another. Will not do business with this company anymore, one time is enough!
I want to rate you higher because your videos are fun but we shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for your advertising. I made the mistake of not price checking at Christmas time. I have done so since and it's an eye opener. Just watched the video for the perfect bake. Vat19 price $69.99. Brooksrone $19.99! Bugs In the Kitchen game vat19 $29.99, ToysRUs $19.99 (and free shipping) I could go on and on! This is absolutely way too much of a price difference! Enjoy the videos but check prices before you buy!
Worst company ever they are a bunch of baby wires they are happy to take your money but they're not willing to refund your money when something goes wrong or even send you a new product do not trust them they have false advertisement they are horrible horrible company

I ordered one time from this company, and my order arrived quick with great packaging. I did have an issue with 1-3 of the stinger pops I ordered however, and customer service was quick to fix the issue and shipped a replacement package that day plus I got to keep the other package that was flawed. I will definitely be returning for more orders, and highly recommend this company to others.
I read mostly positive reviews ov vat19 but I was still a little concerned when I saw a few negative ones. I decided to take the jump and placed my order because they had what I was looking for (donkey kong edition jenga) and they had one of the better prices for it. I ordered it on a Friday and received the package on Tuesday. I was highly impressed to see how quickly I got my order and that It was packaged well and in perfect condition. I feel more confident ordering from them again.
