Black authentic Vans is my favorite color but I am starting to add some color. Vans are so comfortable and cute. They are not expensive and look really awesome!

I purchased a pair of ‘old school' shoes for my 12 yr old on 6th January. There are two tears in the canvas at the toe of both shoes, after only 6 months of wear. When I returned these to my retailer with my proof of purchase, Vans concluded that this was fair wear. This is completely unacceptable and I will ensure every person in my contactable reach will know what poor quality this company produces. Vans, you are a disappointment. After spending $129.95 on footwear, I would expect more than 6 months worth of wear. How disgraceful. What happened to customer good-will. No one I know will ever be caught by this over-priced, sub-standard product again.

Since I skated and knowing that not every shoe is suitable for performing different tricks on it. I can confidently recommend you shoes of this brand. Because the sole does not wear off as in any other brand. Skated for over half a year and I will say it's great!

Love these shoes. They're so comfortable and hard wearing. I owned a pair of black slip on ones and had them for about two years, I wore them everyday and they lasted so well. Just bought some more floral ones and the fit is still perfect, Can't go wrong :)

Horrible experience, the amount of time I have lost on the phone trying to get the shoes delivered and the refund sorted. Lacking the words.
Called at least 6 times, being on hold for approx 30 min each time before getting through. Spoke to dimi, tony, sofia, sarah and couple more people, been jumping around just to get my shoes on time, which I had ordered a week before, obvs did not arrive on time (birthday present) instead been told to order them again and as recompensation been offered free express delivery and 20% off of the product, don't have to be a genius to be handling these numbers, however again the partial refund was not correct.
NOT calling a 10th time to ask for a couple pounds but definitely not ordering again. Got to remind them CONSTANTLY what they're ought to do.
Also, would recommend to check your emails since none of the replies to your general email address has ever been received. How do you expect your customers to stay in touch with you and being able to reply/ send your needed documents if your email address is not valid?

I'm not happy with my order through you guys. I place a order for next day air@$25-$35 and hoping to get my order before I head out for my vacation on the damn F**Ken 18th of February. I recieved a stupid email saying that I won't get my f**Ken order until the 19th of February. WOW! How the hell am I going to F**Ken get my order if I'm not home. Sorry for all the " F " words I'm just so mad@ the lie and misleading information on the whole process. Thank you for making it easy for me to never order anything online

The most recent order was a pair of vans socks for my boyfriend. My goal was to order them so that they come in time before our one year anniversary in a week. I figured it would take around a week for the shipping, and I was okay with that but THREE days later here they are. I was very surprised with how quick they shipped considering they were coming from the other side of the country. I have also shopped there multiple other times and online, their support team was very helpful, their items are completely true to size and everything is exactly how it looks on line and li everything is exactly how it looks online unlike other websites. Overall, vans it is a great website and I highly recommend using it
