What a scam, a horrible service from start to finish.
They first cancelled a few orders because they cant take stock.
Then the shoes were horrible and too small.
The staff were rude.
2 weeks later still no refund

Are staggering. Back in the day, everybody wore vans! If you did skateboarding, or skate rolling, or ice skating, BMXing, or any type of outdoor activity what so ever, you wore vans, the shoes, the T-shirts, the shorts, the hats, the socks, everything! It was the only game in town! I don't know what people elsewhere did but I think it was like a global phenomenon.

I am so angry that after 2 weeks the order is still showing "processing". If they werent able to ship before Christmas it should have stated it. Only after I placed the order did it show a delivery time of 2-5 weeks.
Not happy at all!

I purchased a pair of Vans shoes on vans. Sg. This is my first time to buy this brand. I paid for the shoes plus SGD 10 shipping fee. However, the shoes are a bit tight so I had to request return. Vans asked for another SGD 10 for shipping back. I was fine. At last my request was rejected because Vans didn't accept return of sale product and the shoes I purchased are a sale item! So before you buy Vans online, you need to know all its policies thoroughly. Many traps for clients to pay more and lose money!

I've got such inconvenient and unpleasant online shopping experience. This is my first and also last time with Vans!

About this brand, strongly not recommended!

I was castle rock outlets, asking regular questions about shoes and Ethan was very rude and a smart $#*! With us and even noticed him being smart $#*! with his employees as well.We spend a lot of money in this store. You don't need people in customer service like that. Left merchandise and went to Orchard outlets won't ever be returning to store!

Horrible customer service

I've tried contacting vans customer service, because there's a defect in one of my shoes and they can't be worn because it's to painful. No luck! Never again. This was my first vans purchase, and now my last.

Not cool Vans, NOT cool!

I have been purchasing vans both online and in store for well over 30 years. I'm loyal. I loved the vans brand and company and employees I had encountered. I've even purchased custom vans, 3 pairs recently. I just received a pair of vans via vans.com without any stickers. Every pair comes with a red white vans sticker,always have. So I went through the site asking for help with this situation. Clearly it's a part of the experience. Somehow my email went to European customer service?! So the 1st email photo... I was redirected and emailed us customer service to receive a response telling me to spend even more $ and effort to get something I should've gotten in the 1st place. That was their resolution. If something that small cannot be remedied...without me putting forth even more effort time and $... especially with the amount of $ I've dropped on their company's products and how much I've turned others onto their brand? I'm out and someone needs to know how lame their customer service is, how a loyal customer is handled and dismissed. I'll spend my $, time and effort sharing this so everyone else can get free stickers too and showing how they treated me instead... then reselling all my merch. Ha!

Vans was so helpful!

I was trying to order shoes for my daughter's birthday and PayPal kept inserting the wrong address. I was so frustrated but the reps at the company were able to get me a refund and the right shoes shipped to the right address. I just really want to emphasize how helpful they were.

Purchased white slip on shoes, only had for a month. Washed them and one turned yellow. Warranty was denied, said can not wash them in machine can only use their foam wash. I told them I was never notified to not wash in the machine and to only use their wash.
$70 shoes ruined and only had for a month.
Never will buy from them again.

They cancel orders

This site advertises certain items available on their website and lets you buy them with your card. Then you get an email that they are getting ready to ship. Then you get another email that your items have been canceled due to low stock. This has happened to be with two separate orders. What a joke.

Please read before purchasing on their website they are a very slimy and thieving company I didn't receive one of the new shoes that I purchased from them and I had to end up reporting them to the Better Business Bureau then they process a refund for me which I never received then I had to end up Paypal disputing them which they fought me on the charges they went from promising to give me a refund for the missing shoe then flat-out deny to refund me after saying they will I highly recommend nobody purchase from them and to move on to their competitors like Converse or puma I have personally purchased from both companies and they are way better than those scummy scammers vans and if you have an issue Converse and Puma will both help you in a professional way And if you end up planning to purchase A pair of Vans do so from another realtor that sells them

Had a roomate order shoes with my account, and Vans refused to cancel my order. I tried many times to reach out to Vans, but the only email I recieved was that my shoes were shipped. Gonna have to try to sell the shoes to afford rent. Thanks so much Vans.

Order a "water resistant" product that is getting wet/humid easy... and I notice that it was fixed...
Has a side seam done. It was supposed to be a brand new product and water resistant but it's not. Website with false description of the product. And they NEVER get back to me; email, phone, chat, nothing works with vans! DON'T BUY IT

Fell apart!***

My son has 5 pairs of vans with different designs on them, as they are all he wears. Anyway 1 of the pairs thats not been worn but 4/5times now, he was wearing today. He was walking through the hall at school when suddenly something caused him to trip and fall. He then realizes his shoe had literally come apart on the bottom and that was what tripped him! The bottom of the shoe literally detached and was flopping as he walked! We have been buying vans for years and NEVER has anything like this happened before. The shoe was clearly not put together as it should have been. I'm glad he wasn't hurt but I'm not happy I paid $60 for a pair of shoes to last an entire 4/5wears! Not cool VANS!

Buying direct from them is great!

Recently, I got back into skateboarding again, after stopping almost 20 years ago. No crazy tricks or anything hardcore. Just casual skating, since I'm pretty old now. Anyway, I wanted to get a pair of Half Cabs, since I remember loving them back in the day. So I went to their website and found a pair on sale and purchased them. I saved twenty dollars on them, so I was very pleased. The shoes arrived at my home quickly and in perfect condition. Since then, I made another purchase with them and bought a hat and some socks. Same great all around experience like when I bought my Half Cabs. If you like nice casual shoes to wear every day or durable and comfortable skateboarding shoes, you can't go wrong with Vans. There is a reason they have been around since the 1960s.
