I ordered a simple white shoe 6.5 and it was to small. Vanccy returned my money said keep the shoes. But I really liked the shoes so I ordered again size 7 in the white and black. BUT now I get a size 8. I'm still trying to get a 7 or my money back. I had also ordered a red pair and black pair of sandal mules. The red pair fit just fine but the black pair was like a size 6 and my heal hung over the back. Vanccy said keep them and I received another black pair but still to small same size. Now I may have been ghosted but I'll call my Mastercard company and file a dispute and get my money back. I CERTAINLY WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM VANCCY.

Waited a month for delivery from China. Shoes were defective. Straps on right sandal were excessively long, unwearable. Absolutely no response from "vendor" to emails requesting return RMA and instructions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS NO SERVICE PERSON.

I ordered a a pair of shoes and trying to get tracking on order numerous times no response I guess I have been duped. Will never order again. Have reported to better business bureau.

I ordered some shoes and as soon as I completed my order I realized I should check the price on Amazon and the same shoes were $16 less and free shipping if you have to return. In less than 5 minutes I emailed customer service to cancel my order which they responded following morning as to why and I explained and still the order was shipped now I have to deal with the return and trying to get a refund for my shipping. Plus the shoes don't even fit They are very large for a size 7. If only they had canceled my order when requested.

This is the most horrible experience ever. I wish I checked the reviews first! I made a huge mistake. The product is literal garbage. Shoes are cheap garbage. Been going round and round with their horrible customer service. Save yourself a headache and do not purchase ANYTHING from them!

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered shoes. The shoes were cheap and did not fit and even though i was finally given an address and permission to return them for a full refund, the cost of postage to send it back to China was over $200. This company is a total scam. I wish I had been more aware

This Company is a FRAUD! The products are FAKE! There off sized and smell of plastic and chemicals! GASOLINE TO BE EXACT! They do not do refunds even though they say they do! I've tried to ask how to RETURN THE PRODUCT, And they said "THAT'S HOW ITS MADE" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING THE BBB.

I attempted to cancel the order 10 minutes after I placed it when I realized they are not carrying name brand products but a cheap off brand. I was advised my order was already mailed out. Two days later it was shipped as I had filed a dispute with Paypal so they were required to provide a tracking number to Paypal. Now 20 days later from the tracking - I have received the cheap knock-off and can get no response on a return.

I ordered a nearly $50 bathrobe for Christmas.
This company rerouted my package back to themselves in China, and had a fake customer sign off on my behalf as having received my package already.
I never received my product in USA.
They stole from me, declared my product was issued to me, and closed the transaction as completed.
I tried writing a negative review on their webpage for product, it was immediately removed.

I've reported this claim to PayPal who is investigating.

This isn't a company, it's a fraudulent money scheme.
