THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM AND LINKED TO MULTIPLE BUSINESSES!
If you've fallen for this scam take these steps -
1. Contact vendor immediately and do not stop emailing (and now calling) for a refund via their website and their email (phone: *******0786). Demand it, and tell them you've reported them and contacted your bank to dispute the charge.
2. Contact your bank and dispute the charge. Tell them you have no way to contact the vendor besides email and you received goods that were falsly advertised.
3. Report them to their domain registrar tucows.com, to their provider Shopify, and to their email company Zendesk. Be sure to CC them in the emails showing you've reported them, and continue asking for a refund. (You can use the URL and a WHOIS lookup to find domain registrar and service provider - I.e. Tucows and Shopify)
4. DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE! If they send you anything you have the right to refuse it as illegitimate/damaged goods and to return to sender. If you accept the goods you are stuck with them, do not do that.
5. Do not accept a discounted rate from them, demand your full refund. If you accept a discount you've waived your right to a full refund.
When I find their emails or contact outside of the ones on the website I will promptly share here. They are using a company called contact privacy on their WHOIS to cover their tracks but doesn't mean there isn't more info out there. Good luck everyone!

I've found some info y'all! Here is their address and phone number:

I found this by cross checking positive reviews here and finding they are reviewing multiple fake storefronts using the same accounts. Curiously enough all these storefronts use the same address and phone number. I have a list of websites/businesses that are all related to this address and phone number, and have verified by checking reviews on multiple sites. The reviews for all these companies are overwhelming similar to the ones here, and the layout of ALL the sites is almost exactly the same. The phone number I've provided does go through, but they do not answer. I urge anyone who has a moment to give them a call, maybe we will get someone on the phone. Meanwhile if you have extra time, we now have a plethora of other emails to try besides the one they've provided on graces-bags.com. I also urge everyone to mass report as many of these as you can to Shopify, Zendesk (what they use for emails) and their registrar Tucows (Google "report scam Shopify/Tucows/Zendesk"). I will start to go through the list and double check their providers. Here is the list of websites/businesses:
1. Feelol - sunglasses
2. Nektom - watches & sunglasses
3. Grace's Bags - leather bags
4. Wigyy - human hair wigs
5. CurvLife - fake nails (OK reviews but similar story about shipping 1 or nothing and no refunds)
6. JollyHola - sunglasses
7. Firalli - fashion, connected? Same website as grace's and lack of contact information besides contact form
8. Firelyy - can't find much info but connected by address and phone
9. Cilool - shoes
10. Belifi - shoes
11. Nattii - pet clothes, Google meta data saya it's for fake nails?
12. Vanccy - fake nails, Google meta data says it's for shoes?
13. Zilool - sunglasses, scam of a real company called Zeelool that is reputable
14. CuzCare - shoes, limited reviews but the negative ones are saying the same thing as all the other shoe storefronts "shoes are too big and cannot contact or refund"
15. Honyy - women's underwear, has the owlkay.com email address on site, Google meta says it's for wigs and hair extensions
16. Firsple - app developer, tied to the companies? Created apps for Wigyy, Belifi, and CurvLife. Little presence online. Related to lightinthebox.com which is reputable. All the apps are well-rated on the appstore, but horribly everywhere else just like all these businesses. (TrustPilot, Facebook, Scamadvisor, Judgeme)
17. Owlkay - shoes
Now with Owlkay is where is gets a little more interesting! I found a business name related to Owlkay specifically. They are using the same phone number and address as the other storefronts, BUT on their Facebook account they have this name:
杭州质原信息技术有限公司 (Hangzhou Zhiyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd). Owlkay is the only storefront that has this related to them, but I am doing some more digging to try and find their Unified Social Credit Code which is assigned by China and is basically like an accreditation proving they are a legitimate business and verified by the Chinese government. Will continue digging! Also they won't answer any of my phone calls BUT they are sometimes denying the call and others time just letting it ring!
