Surprised me every time with the quality of the items. I was expecting something thin and cheap but each time I ordered I was pleasantly surprised to see just how well made their products are. Will be purchasing more items in the future.

I ordered during the holidays and was expecting shipping to take much longer. I received an email after 5ish days apologizing for the delays/inconvenience and how packages usually ship in 3 days. I've never received an email like that from any company I've ordered from, even when shipping is delayed for weeks, so I was surprised and happy to see the email. I think my package shipped on day 8 and got to me by day 10 or 11. Everything was packaged nicely and I loved the little thank you goodies included. It was a big surprise and made me love the company more. I only ordered clothing and a bag, but nothing was damaged and everything is high quality. They've set a high standard with my first time purchasing from them, and I'm excited for my next one!

Vampire Freaks is my favorite online place to shop. I collect creepy cute enamel pins and those are one of my favorite items to buy from Vampire Freaks. They never disappoint. I also love their T-shirts and plush toys. I also like to shop their sales and to get their free items they offer sometimes if you spend a certain amount like 75 or 100. Shipping is usually pretty quick but has been slow over the holidays. The order I placed on December 6th didn't actually go out until December 15th. But I got it before Christmas so no complaints :)

Customer service was fast and responsive when I needed to fix an issue with my order. Once it arrived I was happy with everything that came and I plan to order from them again.

Items I wanted were available in my size and arrived exactly as shown on website. Good quality and great variety of different things from clothing to stationery to home decor. I will definitely shop again!

I feel like the package took way longer than it was originally estimated to arrive via VampireFreaks. It took reminding them of my purchase to see any movement.

Package was received in VampireFreaks branding. Not a fan during the holidays. I did not know it would arrive in a branded bag, or plans would have been made to intercept before gift recipient saw said package.

Again, not a huge issue. Just some general feedback.
