The shipping was fast and free because I reached a certain price threshold which is always nice. Continue to reward the big spenders. Also I love the free totes you send every time. I use them as shopping bags now that I have so many. Saving mother earth, and repping my goth swag at the same damn time!
The shopping experience is always great, but the website could use an order history page that actually displays images of what you've bought in the past not just when you bought it because I have a crap memory and have ordered some of the same things twice now. Shipping is usually pretty quick so no complaints there, although one time USPS left $200 worth of merch on my doorstep completely at the mercy of porch pirates while I was at work. Totally not cool, but that's not VF's fault.
