I absolutely hate filling these stupid questionnaires out if you had done a bad job I would've let you know. Instead you ruined a perfectly good transaction with this dumb questionnaire.

Tbh the designs on this website are incredible, and it was hard to pick just a few out for christmas presents. The black friday deals made everything soo worth it! But everything is still pretty fairly priced for the quality. All my items came true to size and i was very happy with the whole experience. I'll be shopping this site again for SURE

It looks nice. Just personally I'm not big on demonic stuff so I wasn't huge on the grim reapers. The jacket fit but the shoulders are extremely sharp so it looks funny

The vest was a Christmas gift and it is too small. I would like to send it back and exchange it for a 2XL. Is this doable?

The parcel sending from vampire freaks was prompt however the delivery of the parcel once it reached Australia took much too long and was very hard to track and trace with local couriers - the product however was great once it did arrive

The dress i ordered is beautiful, I got a discount because it was my first purchase from VampireFreaks, and I was able to stay updated on the status of my package through the delivery process

My items came in a timely manner and are exactly what I ordered. They are gifts so I have not opened anything yet to see the final results but so far so good.
