My fiance ordered a skirt and choker as gifts for my birthday, and although the choker was defective (missing the silver cross on the front of the black heart, but the lovely customer service agent told me they had gotten a defective batch and offered me a different choker which I was very happy with!) and the skirt was too big (my own error for sizing up 'just in case' lol) Vampirefreaks customer service was so amazing that the exchange process was easy & painless! I ended up with a choker that I love and a GORGEOUS skirt that fits PERFECTLY! I'm very happy and thank the amazing team at Vampirefreaks for everything they do to bring us gorgeous ways to express ourselves through fashion and lifestyles!

Beautiful quality and was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Finally have a size that is wider for optimal shade in the summer sun it was exactly what I was looking for! Putting it away in the small carry bag is not too difficult and the material is made strongly for such a purpose, the little laced bag was a great touch and I really like it.
