Easy checkout, hoodie came right on time well packaged straight to my door! The hoodie itself looks great and feels great, too! Not too thick or too thin material wise. Has fluffy internal fabric but not to the point of being irritating or overly hot. The logo as well as the design itself aren't cheap prints, these are made to last unlike a ton of other sites. Even came with some small goodies! Definitely a purchase I'm glad I made. 🖤
We are very happy with the shoes we bought. They were purchased for graduation and arrived very quickly, we live in northern Manitoba, Canada and were surprised at how quickly they arrived. We received the Webbed Wedges [VOID-38 Mary Janes] and they fit perfectly even on a wide width foot … Now to pair them with a black ball gown and black tiara… but don't forget the grad cap 😉

Took about 2 weeks to ship. Hoodie is nice, probably slightly too warm for summer but great for rain and winter. No issues with the design peeling as I've been following the washing instructions and there's no hint of a factory smell.
Good quality of cotton fabric. Easy website navigation. Sizing of unisex shirts, i. E. long sleeve t-shirts, could be better descriptive. Had to call in to find out if a shirt would fit properly, for a man, which customer service was friendly, respective and very thorough and explanatory to my inquiry. Fitment of both shirts, a tank top and long sleeve, was to my liking. Long sleeves are a bit longer for my taste, but maybe the "goth" style to which this company caters. I knew where I was shopping. I would shop here again.

Everything arrived very well packaged and with thoughtful tags on how to properly care for the Vampire Freaks branded clothing. The site's easy to navigate, the selection is lovely (even if the stuff I like is often sold out; they at least have a restock notification), and everything I got was fantastic quality. I LOVE the tshirts! They're super comfy, longer than the industry standard, and made from a good quality fabric that is awesome on my easily irritated skin.

My experience was very positive. I love your selection of clothing items in general. I got the items listed in my order for my girlfriend. However the only complaint i have is that i wish that order updates (at least through email) werent so spaced out. Idk if it would be possible to change that and match that of amazon or other big websites.
