This is my first time ordering from this company and I loved everything I got! I bought the Edgar Allan Poe long sleeve T to wear to international Poe Fest in Baltimore and it was a hit! I also got the matching wallet with 2 designs and it's very well made, zippers are great. The Spooky Season air freshener is also great, I will be getting more. I get compliments on my Spooky Season hoodie I got, very warm too.And I was lucky and received the Coffin back pack as a free gift. I had a small issue with my order (my fault, not theirs) and I got a response right away that was quick and kind. I love dealing with smaller owned companies, they definitely care more about their customers and the help is more personable. Highly recommend this company and the products are great quality. It's a beautiful umbrella. I bought it for myself but I know someone who it is better suited for and I gave it to her and she loved it. She is very goth; I am goth on the inside but more granny on the outside. All good. I am very happy with the purchase and I may end up buying another one for me! We shall see...

My experience was almost perfect for my first time ordering, it would've definitely gotten 5 stars had I been able to use my discount code along with the offer given on the website. Seems kind of unfair to offer a "freebie" with a certain amount but not allow your customers to use their 'new customer discount' as well even though the amount would have still met the qualifications. I also created an account when I placed my order, yet my account doesn't show I received the points from that purchase... which was a lot. As far as the products go I was absolutely 100% satisfied! The quality seems good so far, the graphics are as shown just not quite as vivid as they make them seem in the advertisement, hoping they hold up through washing and than I'll definitely be a repeat customer. I will say the material is a little thinner than expected for the prices but it's nothing crazy like other sites that offer junk that cracks and falls apart or loses it's shape after washing. Overall I'm extremely happy I placed my order and as much as I want to make another purchase to use my reward discount, I'm struggling yet again between the freebie or the discount since apparently you can't have both😥 shipping was fast as well

The purchase was easy enough. The shipping was ridiculous taking over 2 weeks and the hoodies smell horrible. I don't think I will be purchasing from here again.

After I bought my stuff, it was shipped out in just a few days. Soon after, I got everything and they all met my expectations. Not bad buys overall.

The items are really good quality! I enjoy the feel of the legwarmers my boyfriend and I got, and the feel of the (genuine!) leather collar choker is fantastic. It being adjustable is awesome, too, since I am plus-sized and some chokers don't fit my neck because of it. Shame that the O-Ring on the choker is most likely made of nickel, though, otherwise I'd be wearing it every day. (I had an allergic reaction on my neck where the O-ring sat, so do keep that in mind if you have sensitivities to nickel like I do!) Not gonna lie, I came for the Slenderman-inspired pin and stayed for all the cool accessories! Keep up the awesome work, VampireFreaks!

I forgot how I came across this company, but after viewing the website, I really like a lot of the products this site had to offer. After seeing the rotted zombie bones hoodie, I bought it immediately. I absolutely love it, it's comfortable, and getting compliments on it. Check out was easy, and will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I needed something spooky but fancy to wear to a Halloween wedding. The duster dress is soft, comfortable, and seems to be made well. It arrived when it said it would and was nicely packaged. Excited to wear this! I feel very glamorous and mysterious when I wear it. It is a bit long though; I'm 5'6" and had to get it hemmed while wearing short heels so I wouldn't step on it all night.

It was really fun and easy to navigate the website. After making an account, I received a 10% discount code which I obviously wanted to use before it expired. I ended up ordering about €300 worth of items. I am really happy with everything I got since it's really good quality. I also received some free syringe pens, some stickers, a wristband and another discount code. The only downsides were that since I live outside of the United States, I had to pay for the shipping as well, which cost me about €150 extra. I think it's definitely worth it, but if you're looking for something more affordable and you live outside the US, I would recommend shopping somewhere else. If you want high quality clothes or accessories and you have enough money to spend, definitely buy here! :)

My experience was great! Everything arrived well packaged with a personal vampiric touch 🖤 Quality material too. The shirt and socks are soft and well made.

The material of the bloomers is a lot thinner and cheaper feeling than i expected them to be. I expect better than fully polyester (the worst, cheapest material?) from a "quality" brand.

I got to call and enquire about sizing and the staff are very helpful and informative, I've ordered a size small Tripp NYC X Strap pants in black denim, the order arrived earlier than expected and was very happy with the outcome!
