As with all orders I've placed with Vampire Freaks, my order arrived timely, wrapped well, and all accounted for. Love the products, especially the lip gloss and makeup, which are very high-quality, in my opinion. The makeup never breaks out my skin, as it is sensitive to most everything. Overall, a great shopping experience and awesome products every time I order. Hate to say it, but I'm addicted to VF!
