I love this company offers big sizes and rhey are actually big. I love big comfy shirts and being a big girl it's sometimes hard to find them. The quality is amazing and I love the styles and prints.
I had ordered a pair of boots that were great but too small in the calf area. I requested a returned and received smooth instructions and return label. When it came to getting a refund the option was there but I instead exchanged it for another pair of boots which worked perfectly. The remaining balance was deposited right back in my account. Very smooth and easy process with communication throughout.
