Bully sticks are too thin. Disappointed in the quality based on price of product for the quantity of 100 count. Definitely not at all what I expected! Big let down.

I made a purchase that I would not need in the future, I called to cancel but it had already shipped. When I received the product I did ship it back with a note in it. I was surprised to get an e-mail from the company telling me that they received the product back and were crediting my account. I didn't have to track the shipment and confirm they received it back, I didn't have to ask for a refund, they just got it taken care of. I appreciate the way they do business.

What a great company to do business with. Even during this Coronavirus, I had 1200 XL Pee Pee pads delivered to a dog rescue in Texas and they were there within 48 hours. I was happily surprised. Great company.

The mail service you used (FEDEX) delivered the package to the wrong address. It was delivered to 539 S. 7th Ave instead of my address 539 S. 8th Ave. Thankfully a honest neighbor delivered the package to me later that evening. Not your fault. But in regards to the bully bones I ordered. I have ordered these many times in the past and this order for some reason has many bones that are flattened and not anywhere close to previous orders size wise. I was disappointed as the pups went through a flatten bone in like 10 minutes versus chewing on the round ones for upwards an hour.
I didn't see my order online so I emailed support. I got a response back the next morning! Of course, it was my error. Everything was fine! The shipping is fast and I love this company!
Fast shipping great quality pads. You get what you pay for! I been buying these pads for my dog for a few years now and I love them. I started off with the lowest quality ones and worked my way up to see which ones worked best with my dog. These pads don't allow the urine to seep through the pad and could take up over 8 urinations. Love em!
These pads are awesome. I use them on top of thicker pads and for some reason all 5 of my Yorkies use them to pee on!
Right size for my needs. Amazing value! Love, Love these pads! I will continue to buy these pads for my untrained poodle. Not her fault, I rescued an international students dog of 1-1/2 years old and never went outside! Sad but so glad for Value Pet pads, I don't know what I would do without them!
