I get alot of appraisals through Value My Stuff and I have always had a great experience with them. I like the little extra tidbits of information that is passed on through the appraisal.

I decided to use "value my stuff" to help me with a recent purchase of a chair… That said, all they said was it is circa 1900 Mahogany desk chair. No insight to who the manufacturer could be or perhaps what state it was made. The chair has a unique carving in the back, which I would've thought they could have pinpointed the maker and no reference to the upholstery.

I received an email requeststing more photos and info before the final appraisal and i really appreciated the throughness of search for information to five the best report. Sadly, the earrins were worth less than the appraisal but I would still use VMS again.

I won an autographed Taylor Swift Guitar at a charity auction; I wanted to get this appraised for my insurance and didn't know where to go. The process was very simple and I was able to insure my guitar in just a few days.
My appraisal said it would take up to 48 hours and I had it back in about 24.

I submitted three valuations for Japanese art that I knew little about except their sentimental value.
