This is my second time purchasing from this website. I put items in my cart and one of the books was removed for someone else. I am a bit disappointed.

Almost impossible to get a proper address entered if you have a separate mailing and billing address. You cannot enter a P. O. Box number and shipping address so impossible to finish anything in a timely manner. A complete waste of my time. Who knows if I will get my book or if it will get lost at the post office with out a box number entered and UPS drops it there or usps gets it without a box number and only a physical address.
I normally have a good experience when ordering my textbooks through this website. However, for some reason they would bump books out of my cart if I didn't buy it within five minutes. This made it extremely difficult to shop because I have to buy more than one textbook (and its nearly impossible to get them all in 5 minutes).
Not only that- when I was checking out the boxes for the fields to enter my city, state, and zip code would not allow me to type in them. How am I supposed to check out if I can't even enter in my shipping information.
I used to have great service with this cite- and I recommended it to my friends, but after my experience today I'm not going to use it in the future.
The books are priced very accurate and they come in the mail at a timely manner. I am a happy customer and hope to appreciate the website and prices

The website gave me problems the first time I attempted to order books but as I am on a budget I decided to email the help desk and ask for assistance, instead of resorting to a more expensive website. I received a response back the next day saying the error would be fixed and when I went on to check out I was able to find the book for even cheaper and the website placed my order no problem!
