The whole process was quick and easy. I would suggest a better transition from school bookstore to your cart. Book was in one cart and not the other.

This is the second time I have bought textbooks from Valore. Every time the service is exceptional and the prices are excellent. I just rented a book that was $16 cheaper than amazon and close to $31 dollars cheaper than the college bookstore. This site is consistently better than any other site. I always recommend Valore Books!

I sent in 3 books on 3/29/17 and have not received any payment. When I inquired a month later it showed the package still in transit. Mind you, the quote is only good for 30 days. Shipping FEDEX takes more than 30 days, really? Beware of this company. SCAM!

This cite was very easy to navigate. The options of new, used and rental located at the top of the page allowed me to go back and forth between pages to compare the better prices. Although, it didn't provide an estimated shipping date I am overall pleased and will be visiting this cite more often for my books.

I would like to know the return policy on the book rentals... I did not see a really talk agreement on the site.

Every time I look for textbook rentals you always have the better prices and therefore I always spend my money with you. I always want expedited shipping but sometimes it's not offered and that is a bit frustrating.

I am pleased at the price for this book. I am in college and being able to have a hard copy is critical to my field of study. I believe that I could not find a better price for a DSM V hard copy brand new!

You should not expect your customers to have to use Autofill options. And you should not expect your customers to write a minimum of 100 characters for feedback.

The process was easy and the discount was great! However, the book I need for my class also comes with a code for an online lab. Although this book that I bought started at the same price as the book+code combo, nowhere in the description does it say it comes with the code. I won't know until I receive the book if I need to purchase the code separately.

I have repeatedly order from you guys, and I have had my ordered cancelled almost every time without a notification. I do suggest you guys change that.
