This is the worst textbook rental company I have ever dealt with. I have had many problems in the past such as receiving the wrong book. I tried contacting them to get the correct book that I ordered and I never received responses to my many attempts. Shipping took a very long time and continued being delayed. Thought I would give them another chance this semester so I ordered another book a week and a half ago which was expected to arrive in 3-5 days. Well here we are a week and a half later and I still do not have the book and there is no tracking information available. Even though the prices are cheap, I strongly recommend ordering from another company so you will be guaranteed to receive your books.
Love it very helpful and I will be using this website again to order my books from now on. I like this as well cause its more cheaper to purchase your books for school.
Campus book store wanted $174+ tax for a Geography book, this rental was also $20 cheaper than the Ebooks I found available! Hope that it ships quickly.
So far everything is stellar. I am simply waiting for the book to come in. My rating could go up or down depending on how fast I receive my book.
If you are looking to get a book for a class and it is at $200 you are usually overpaying, valorebooks offers international copies for a much more reasonable price that student are able to pay and not go nuts with high priced books. I found the book I need for a little more than $200 but the international price was for only $14.
I would have given 5 stars if it were clear the book I ordered was listed as a paperback. I assume it is based on price ($15).

One word to describe this site is awesome, I regularly use this site for buying books and I have yet to regret it.
I have been waiting for payment of a sellback item that was approved for payment July 27,2017 and it is not almost September. I talked to two agents through the online chat (who were both very rude and told me I had my order number wrong when I was looking at the order number on my computer!) I then called customer service and I was told that I would receive a personal phone call regarding the issue but instead I received a sloppy email saying it would take another 14-21 business days for my payment to arrive. Do NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I certainly will never use them again.
They have great prices for college books! They usually always have the books I need so the selection is huge!
