I love the prices. Your prices are very affordable. Your checkout process is quick and to the point. Your website is very easy to navigate. It is not extremely "wordy" with tiny font which is great. For some reason I couldn't upgrade from standard to upgraded/expedited shipping. I'll reach out to customer service. This is the best price I could find, and I just wish I could use my savings to expedite the shipping.

Your website wouldn't allow me use a Post Office Box, it wouldn't let me put in my city or zip code and state.

This was a great price for a textbook! I saved over $50 and that adds up when we're talking about needing textbooks for every college class!
I tried and tried to put in our mailing address, and the page would NOT accept it. I was putting in our PO Box. Still wouldn't accept. So, I put in my mother's physical address for shipping address. Then, tried to put in our actual billing address (WHICH IS OUR PO BOX). It wouldn't let me at all. I ended up having to just check the box saying our billing address is the same as our shipping. Geez... Please fix this problem. I even logged out and back in and still had same problem. So inconvenient.
