Honestly very simple. Plug in your vets info and they do the rest. Was pleased with the process and all in a reasonable timeframe.

The Adequan I received has 6 months shelf life exactly as promised when I ordered it! Much cheaper than buying it from our vet, and I give our GS his shots here at home now.
