I recently moved, so my billing address and shipping address were different. I have never in my life had a company go out of their way to contact me and make sure that someone wasn't fraudulently using my information. The package arrived very quickly, and was reasonably priced.

I submitted an order for a few items for my dog. I did receive an email that they were unable to contact my vet to verify the prescriptions - which I was able to take care of quickly. Items are very well priced and shipping was reasonable. I need a lot of supplies for my dog with kidney disease and this is going to save me the hassle of driving over to the vet office.
