PROS: A variety of orders to choose from; Legit freelance writing agency; improves the writing skills of all writers through mentorship programs; professional support team; constant communication.
CONS: Few, or no orders during low season. Unfortunately, low pay for complex tasks (less than 40% of what client pays for). The dispute manager (DeShawn) is the most unreasonable company representative. He always focuses on issues not raised by the client, and proceeds to downgrade your account. Personally, I find such actions to be unprofessional, since they do not consider writer's precious input in the process. Lately, the company has been creating punitive unreasonable rules to attract clients/remain float after every two weeks; it discourages talent sourcing. Lastly, in the pretext of regulations, the Company withholds all payments on January after overspending over the Christmas holiday on its staff. I think they need to improve on these areas.
