Good summary of site, better than most sources, reliable info, shows taxes for current year which was helpful

If you know your own market, this is a great way to sell your home without expensive commissions. The company listed our house on all the major listing services, updated our information for open houses quickly and was easy to work with. Saved us thousands in fees.

More advanced info is available on the site but if all you want is owner and property info the service is unbeatable. If you need more specific info or search numerous properties regularly get the $20 subscription.

I am happy to see a true estimate. I don't like how realtors lie. I'm tired of going through hoops to see that why they've been telling me isn't the truth all along.

Stay away from this company, I ordered the basic report for $1.25 then I was charged $20. I called an complained, they told me to put a file a claim with my CC company which would take weeks or they would do a curtesy refund of 30%. You also need to cancel your membership or you will get charged again next year. They gave me a cancelation # and said I would get an email to confirm. It never came. These guys should be shutdown!

Quick result but i hope I don't get charged $20.00 for the result as other users were charged. I only agreed to pay the basic report.

Though I did not get the official property tax record information, I was able to get the estimated value of the property and the actual owner information. For a very small fee, this was all I needed to start a more detailed search.

The only information it was missing was prior sales and transfer of ownership. Example:
Foreclosure, repo (back to original owner)

Went through the process to get a property value report. Step by step indicators noted report was in process which would give vital information about the property. A screen actually showed download in process. After paying for report I got a message 'my search returned no results'!
TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

They suck and lie. Big scam. Don't use this product. They said 1.95 and it ended up being 20. They mislead the audience and are not truthful. Then to cancel, it takes more time than the 20.

While late doing my Income Tax Report, could not find my Property taxes paid because I must have misplace my bill and receipt. Found the info I needed very quickly and easily.

I am not savvy when it comes to searching the sites and applications currently available to the public, however this particular site is easy for me to operate.

The site charged me for a $19.95 membership plus a. 95 fee when it stated a cost of a report, which was all I wanted and all I believed I was purchasing, was $1.25. I called 10 days after I was charged for a membership, and they refunded me only $9.98.

It worked for me as I only needed basic information for a reasonable price.

This record search was helpful. My only disappointment was that I didn't see a year the house was built. We really wanted to find that out. Some of the information did not seem to be updated like how many bathrooms for instance.
