This report gave me everything I was looking for all at one time. Property search was easy to search for. Easy to review, Easy to get, Easy to print.
They charge you 30 cents or 95 cents to get you in. Then they will charge you 19.95 every month. Total scam! Stay away!
They information they provide is nothing more than the public information.

I was surprised at how complete the report was, especially for the cost. It answered my questions and more.
You will be charged $20, not $1.25 as you saw. The extra charge is a "premium membership" which you have no idea about until the charge appears on your card. That subscription may be hidden somewhere in their "terms and agreement" but the fact that they hide that information and never show it to you explicitly tells you it is a deliberate act to trick you.
Everything I needed and more, This site is legit.! I want the owner to know that the people he rented his place to deal with Identity thief, and counterfeit money. I was a victim of ID theft by a Nigerian back in 2016, and I vowed no one will ever go through that hell, not if I could help. And this site help me inform the Landlord of his new tenants. GREAT!
The information on my property is in depth and detailed, very easy to understand. Each section gave information I will use now and in the future.
From what I read in the other reviews, I have just been screwed. Unfortunately, it didn't occur to me to check this out before I used this site, but as the reviews suggest, I guess I was just screwed out of $19. This is not unlike other sites where that are similarly set up to screw people. I looked to see if I could see any small print that would indicate that I was now signed up for a recurring charge, but I didn't see any such thing, but I won't be surprised if it happens. It is shameful that supposedly legitimate companies take advantage of people in this way. It seemed like a good service for a reasonable price, but I guess things like that doesn't happen anymore.
User friendly, all the information I was looking for was there. If I need information I will most DEFINITELY USE THIS WEB SITE. LOKE I SAID EXCELLENT...!

I used this website once to order a BASIC report, which was $1.25. When I went to the checkout, I thought they only charged the 1.25. Instead, I got charged 19.95 plus the 1.25. Then I called customer service and nobody answered my call. I was on hold for more than 1 hour. Stay away unless you wanna get scammed!
