Was advised by a realtor that property I owned wasn't in my name as owner as it should be, needed quick effective, accurate ownership information. Rec'd property report, property in my name was determined that a escrow / title company made a mistake... problem resolved, now I can sleep tonight... maybe.

We just learned that this property was sold but the record has not been updated and are wondering how long an update takes after a sale takes place. I would like to know what the property sold for and who the new owners are as we were told by the family who rented it that it was sold to flippers. This is valuable information for us since we own the adjacent property

This is a scam. As many have also written, they offer you a cheap report, then begin charging you for a premium monthly membership for $20/month. I called to dispute it and they were not willing to refund my money, only the last month (despite what the guy responding to these reviews says). Beware of giving them your credit card information.

I was looking for quick access to information concerning my property and it only took 5 minutes to locate it, which was great.

Easy to do, and I did it in the phone. It was a breeze and gave me just enough information that I needed!

More content than o expected for the basic price. Have not upgraded to see more information but am pleased the the basic content. Good job folks.

It said before paying that it has all the information in their report but after paying it couldn't find that address when called customer service was told need to go on line but there isn't anything online besides sending emails with no respond. I'm really so ashamed of my self for giving my credit card information to a fraud company.

I got the information needed but this information does not show that there is 2 dwellings in one house, sort of a duplex.

Was looking for proper ownership of a peice of property. Very easy and cheap option to finding the information fast

Excellent Information and detail about homes you are considering. Worth the time to review. For example, detail about crime which is not readily reported in other sites.
Details about flooding you can not find especially in Arizona Web Site for free.

Need to find history of a home we purchased in 2001 all records were lost in a fire. This seemed to be quickest way to get info for tax purposes. Worked out great. Would recomend this service. Saved alot of time & runing around.
