Thought I would try it out and paid $. 97 for outdated 3 page report and then they charge me $19.95 for some bullsh*t membership. Now I am dealing with my credit card company to have the charge removed. I Had to order a new card so I would not be charged again STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

These people are doing nothing but stealing they take old information that was once listed and use it to update their database. Its old, its wrong and nothing you can't get from the city of phila yourself if you go on their site.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVEN THEIR RATINGS ARE A FRAUD WRITTEN BY THENSELVES

Somehow I was looking up a property, thought it was $1.95 turns out they charged me $19.95 for 3 months. Im not sure how I even got to them. Beware! I have 2 other MLS services. Will also dispute on my credit card.

It showed they had results on my search, but I needed to pay them to see it. After I paid, it came up that there were no results for my search. What a rip off!

Thought I was paying $1.25. Instead there is a $0.95 and a $19.95 charge on my card. I will be calling them and my bank tomorrow! Don't do it

I got a report from us realty, I thought it was supposed to be less th a n 2.00. I was chaged 95 cents and a second charge for 19.95 this is a rip off.

Agreed to $1.25 and got a report that was taken straight from the assessors website in our county. Then I was charged $19.95 twice and when I called was put on hold for 15 minutes. Will call again...

DO NOT use this US REALTY RECORDS CO *******772, UT *******---they ripped me off for $19.95! They wouldn't refund my money! I will never use them again and tell everyone I know they rip off people by hiding their fees!

I looked at the basic report for my own home and about half the information was incorrect including the number of bedrooms and the number of floors - pretty basic items that have not changed since I purchased the home as the original owner in 2001. Sure glad I didn't opt for the "detailed report" or the monthly access.

I didn't realize I accepted the membership and not just the 1-time property report and called to refund that back out (2 days after the mistake), they could offer me 30% discount.

Very helpful, I was pleased to find how easy this was to retrieve the information and will be so beneficial in making an offer on the home!

I have security system, Solar panel which I dont pay electricity, a median shed, and home water filtration system. All this would increase home value even more. Not bad comparing when I bought it with no down be a VA home loan. 100,000 in pocket

The basic report was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Well worth the cost. It told me the estimated value, the purchase price, the original and additional filed mortgages, as well as the suggested rental value. I could not have asked for more.

Fast and effective... 5 $tar$ so far... I will s H I could have found this site a few years ago. Life would have been easier

Very helpful. Owner said house was worth more. We would not have known this was worth considerably less. I never knew this was available for people looking into buying homes.

This was very fast with very little information needed. It gave me much more information than I was expecting. Very pleased. I requested a basic report, I'll keep an eye on my account just in case. It would be very easy to push the wrong button

This site reported what I expected in a timely manner. Highly recommend others to use it and it's reasonably priced.
