So far, I am satisfied. However, I just got all of the protection software loaded, after about 4 hours of virus removal. The Tech, Rod that did everything was very good. The only thing that I did not like/understand when I first initiated my intent to use McAfee as my Virus Protection was the negotiations I had to go through to get the price and software I wanted. I think USGlobal is a good company, according to the reviews, they have an excellent rating from satisfied customers. What I didn't understand at first is that USGlobal is not McAfee, but an Agent or Re seller for McAfee and other software companies. They perform computer cleanups of virus on computers, then install anti virus of a customers choice. In short, they do what the average customer doesn't know how to do, and according to the reviews they do and excellent job! I would certainly recommend USGlobal to do what I didn't know how to do. I just want to operate my computer virus free!

I had great tech. Service. The technician explained everything to me after he was finished scanning my computer. He put each incident into lay mans terms so that I could understand it.
I had an issue with scanning multiple photos from my HP printer to my computer. My issue was fixed.
Dan, the man that fixed my issues was very patient and polite.
I was having difficulty upgrading my subscription to Norton to add Lifelock. Your representative found some virus in the computer plus other anti virus software that was blocking the upgrade. He removed the problems and got the upgrade installed and added the Norton to two other browsers I use.
Solving my printer problem took way too long to complete. USGlobal had control of my computer for too many hours. After some anxious moments for me the technician and I were able to work together to solve my problem. I am anxious to see if the fix on the pc will actually speed up my computer. It took awhile, but my printer problem has been fixed. I am satisfied with the work.

I contacted McAfee Protection when I received a voice mail from someone named Jay who said he was with PC Support Office for McAfee, and that my updates were not going through, and that my computer was not secure. Through the course of the issue, I was connected to USGlobalTech to take over and fix the issue. I was not expecting to have to pay $100 to fix the issue, as I thought that was part of my McAfee subscription. At least it is fixed now, and I can feel secure in using my computer.
My email account with aol was unusable due to viruses. Thanks to US Global Tech I am back in business.

I noticed pop ups and command prompts that were not normal and contacted Norton security, who then put me in the hands of US Global Tech. I explained the problems we were having and they went in and cleaned it up.the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you soo much.
The two technicians that helped with the printer problems were both very polite and patient. The first tech was Argie. He even called back to make sure everything was working. The computer was cleaned up and the problem solved. I am very computer ignorant and was not made to feel that way. Thank you so very much for the wonderful experience. I was very satisfied with the knowledge of the technicians. I would recommend this tech support if you need assistance. Also do not download things on your computer unless you know what it is. I learned a virus was in my computer from doing this.
