I found that the tech person, Patrick, that I chatted with today to be very skilled and knew all that needed to be done. He is a definite asset to your company.

I was really impressed with the accuractes, knowledge and the speed with which your techs showed in helping me with my problems. I am hoping that I will not have too many probems in the coming months.

Printer would not work. Found out I had a virus, which I knew, and they resolved it and fixed the printer connection as well.
