My technician was fabulous: polite and efficient. She worked hard at solving the problem until there was no problem.

I was connected via Norton when I was having trouble reloading their anti virus software. I was walked through the many problems that I had with the computer and was able to establish a remote connection where it appears that everything has been taken care off and Norton has been successfully installed. Looks like excellent work.

Your tech was every helpfull and very polite. I will def recomend your sevices to friends.

My experience to date has been very positive and helpful. Courtesy and understand with someone (me) who knows little about the problems I was having was exceptional and appreciated. Problems were addressed and taken care of in a timely and effective manner. Thank you. Will be addressing possible problems with two other computers tomorrow.
