My wifi adapter was being blocked by a virus but Melanie Greene helped get rid of the issue and I am able to do this survey with my wifi unblocked.

I really enjoyed working with your tech, She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She explained everything she was going to do or did already. I need a second computer worked on and she was going to put a call back for someone to call me today. I asked her if she would work with me on it and she called me when she got in and has done a tremendous job with it, it was a real mess.

I 1st worked with Eileen who really made me feel at ease. She was very easy to talk to and told me she could see a lot of bugs and it would take several hours to fix. I called in the morning and talked to Ryan who continued to assist me with getting my computer fixed, also very help full.wwwwwwwwwwwww

I am completely thankful for sheryl and the support customer service was very helpful and I would share this information with facebook.

The customer service representative was thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. She was on line with me for over 4 hours. She didn't stop until the problem was solved.

I called to fix my computer because it was not responding to Google searches and I was getting re directed when I went to search.Hopefully this will fix the problem.
