The certificate requested was for a family member who was adopted. Because many details needed to be verified, the process took several days. However, in the end, the birth certificate was received.

I completed the online application, paid the fee, only to find out they would review my application, and send me a copy, to pay yet another fee and submit it to the actual state agency. I immediately called my credit card company and asked to cancel payment on this obvious scam

I was under the impression they're charging you in part for the state fees and will submit it to the state department. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. They are simply charging to put your information digitally into the application, which you will then still have to print out and mail into the department, WITH THE STATE FEE. Please, please, please do not use this site. They're charging you for an application that you can get for free, and the charges will not save you any money with the state department.

I'm getting married abroad and needed my birth certificate for it. So glad I found this! Done in a flash and their customer service agents are incredibly helpful. I missed a document in my application so they reached out to me and the problem was solved in a few minutes. Thank you!

They did not care about when you got your birth certificate, I needed one and they took my money and then took their sweet $#*! time getting in touch with me and I never even got it. I'm just 50 dollars in the hole. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Great website for getting birth certificates. I lost mine and wanted a replacement. Their form was super easy to fill in and the website is very user friendly. Completely recommended.

It takes advantage of new parents' concern about the new born. I didn't read the review. It charges 49. But it's not legit.
I can do it myself and I have already did and Its name makes me think it's official and it's to apply online.

Please do not fall for this scam! I'm now 60 dollars in the hole with no certificate. They advertise for just 60 bucks they'll get you your certificate but then promt you to spend another 130 dollars to actually complete the request! And there is no way to contact them. They have an email that goes nowhere but back to you. Please do not fall for this scam like I did!

I placed an order for a certified copy of my birth certificate 6/14/22, and have not received it as of 9/6/22. I can't get in touch with anyone, and there is no after hours voicemail. If this is a real business, there would be at the very least an informational recording after business hours. It cost me $49. So learn from my mistake and use another site. I infer from this that it is a scam, or someone buried in a basement laughing at gullible people. Do go elsewhere.

I paid 111.00 and got directed to an invalid site, no money, and no birth certificate replacement..

They advertise that you get a digital download of your birth certificate right away, (which at the time I thought was great because I needed it right away), however they don't mention that you have to print and mail in a form AFTER already entering all your information online.
I've tried to contact them via their online "contact us form" which is a complete joke. I've sent three different contact us forms and ALL of them got sent back to me, undeliverable. And, there's NO other way to contact them. I'm now $60 out with birth certificate.
Absolutely disgusted with this website.
COMPLETE SCAM.

I was quick to use this site because they promised expedited services to obtain a birth certificate. But I should have been clued in to their scam when they asked me to pay first before i had even selected the services I needed. After I paid and gave them all my information, I was left with a message saying that they would contact me when paperwork was ready to sign. I never received a confirmation email and I haven't been contacted. There is also no way to contact them other than a form you fill out on the website. I have filled out their form twice and still have not been contact. I totally got scammed. I am out $150 and I have no birth certificate (which I really need). So, thanks, US Birth Certificates. You're the worst.

This business has almost non existent contact information. You can only contact them through their form and FORGET a phone number. I sent an email have heard nothing back and there is NO way to create an account so that you can see what is actually happening. They sure are quick to get your credit card information though, AND a copy of your drivers license. WHO KNOWS what they are doing with this information. Save yourself time and money and go through your state's vital records department. I am sure I have just lost $135.00 for the two certificates I ordered. I hope they prove me wrong. I have no images or proof of purchase to attach because they give you NONE OF THAT!
